Nice hotel with subpar service.Posted Mar 3, 2015
Our service at the pool was terrible. Overall hotel staff was ok but no one was great. Nice hotel but long wait for food at the pool, bistro, and to get drinks at the casino even at times they weren't busy. Both nights of our stay, we were awakened by loud people outside our room, however it was a weekend and not too unexpected for a hotel casino. For what we paid, I would recommend somewhere else in the future. Nice views of Scottsdale from the Orange Sky restaurant and our room.

Mountain view room.Posted Mar 2, 2015
Was very pleased with the room. Check-in girl was very friendly and helpful unlike the concierge who was not. Room was very nice but probably could have used at least one vacuuming in the 3 days we were there. All in all highly recommend. Close to shops and restaurants but have many of their own.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good dining.Posted Mar 2, 2015
Wi-Fi service is very poor in rooms. This is the second stay in just over a year with the same problem. Reported to staff both times with no result.

Great hotelPosted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Buffet was great and reasonably priced
Cons: Shower water was warm going sometimes hot, that's the only "bad" comment I have about this hotel
Location: Shopping center is closed by, and only 1 min for the access to highway
I was very satisfied with this hotel. I came in February (too cold for the pool) so I was happy it had a bit of entertainmen in the lobby ( music and casino). Last year, I was in June at the Fairmont so at night, our entertainment was the pool, but at this time of year, I am glad I booked at the Talking Stick. If not so, I would've felt a bit isolated.

Except for the pool construction noise, it was a great trip!

Weekend get awayPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Clean and professional
Cons: have the main bar band play later, they ended at 10:00p.m. and add a couple more bartendars, service for drinks was slow even tho staff was trying.
Location: Downtown old town scottsdale bar area was awesome.

High Quality ResortPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Location, amenities, gambling.
Cons: Less smokey smell.
Location: Visited old Scottsdale. Played gold nearby. Tried Top Golf.
Stayed 3 days. Enjoyed the room, restaurants and Concierge services. Very pleased with both. I will return when in the area.
