Pros: The pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful. I am an event planner and would use or recommend this location as a party venue and guest residency.
Location: Great locale...close to downtown, Convention Center, Chase Field (and other sights). Great access to the highway, grocery/pharmacy, and restaurants.
We had a great experience with this hotel. The room and the bar/restaurant areas were clean and up to par. The staff provided great, friendly service and the breakfast buffet was good each morning. If I return to the Phoenix area I will without a doubt stay here! The cost, locale, and service was definitely on point.

Cons: Could use an update in decor.
Location: Downtown ish... Did not explore.
The hotel is a little older, i think, but was clean and cheap. The pool and amenities were Nice and the free breakfast was decent.

Pros: Rate and location
Stayed in town to visit friends . This hotel is in a perfect location and can not beat the price. Needed to stay an extra night and the staff accommodated me perfectly. Will definately be my go-to hotel when back in Phoenix.

Sink flooded... Moved us to a room that smelled like smoke which they disnt have a smoking section then we got moved to a room next to the elevator....alot of noise all night and bed was very unconfortable....

Pros: Downtown location, parking, pool and facilities.
Cons: Wake up call never came, breakfast staff was "robotic" with lack of friendliness, bordering on rude, no extra towels for swimming, etc.
Location: Older property in a good location
Nice visit with a few observations (see above). We luckily received a decent discount through Expedia and therefore could easily overlook some of the issues. Would I stay again for the price we paid yes. Would I return and pay in full - no.

The carpet in room had stains and found hair in the bed. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. The lobby was nice. Pool was dirty. This hotel was very disappointing!

Pros: Price and location
Cons: Condition of hotel is not the greatest in the common areas, but the rooms are good
Location: Great location in regards to downtown Phoenix
Common areas need some updating, but the rooms are in good shape and very comfortable
