Winter weather get away

Pros: The staff
Cons: The room was nice, however, I wish it had a balcony … should have noticed that upon booking.
Location: The hotel is located across the street from a shopping mall (Cheesecake Factory, Macy's, etc…) and right next door to office bldgs and an AMC theatre.
Just wanted to escape the cold winter weather for a few days. Booked at the Ritz … not really having any agenda for our trip. The hotel was located within the business district; stores for shopping/dining directly across Camelback Road. The staff at the Ritz is exceptional. If we had to do the trip over, we'd have booked a hotel in Scottsdale … we really loved that area.

Amazing Customer Service

Amazing service! I accidentally booked my two nights for the wrong weekend and when I arrived the weekend before they still honored the great deal I found on Expedia! They were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff were amazing. They were all happy and helpful.

birthday staycation

My fiancé took me here for a little birthday staycation. It was amazing. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a warm welcome where ever you are. The staff found out it was my birthday and in the mid afternoon brought up a piece of cake with a bucket of a variety of waters, because of one drink alcohol, and in chocolate wrote on the plate happy birthday. I've never had a hotel treat me as well as this one. I would absolutely go back.

Good business hotel

this is a top-drawer hotel which seems to cater to the business traveler. Although it is located in an area very close to good restaurants and shopping, the amenities of the hotel are geared more toward the business traveler than the vacation/resort set. Hotel staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. Fitness center was small but adequate. Room was entirely comfortable and well-appointed. I would stay here again.

Pros: Service, cleanliness, friendly staff and good food
Location: Very good location from the airportr.
I enjoyed staying at the Rizt as first time guest here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always ready to offer a cold bottle of water while waiting for taxi. The restaurant staff are fabulous and caring. I was rushing to get some quick bites before the conference and got a nice bowl of soup from their quick thinking. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom is alway freshly done. Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel with superb service.

名のあるホテルだと安心していたが・・・

4人でスイートを予約していたが、案内された部屋はツインだった。さすがに4人では荷物も広げられないため、フロントに戻り予約と違うことを伝えたが、スイートなら万単位での追加金が必要とのこと。私たちの拙い英語力では説明しきれず、日本のエクスぺディアの方に電話で相談したところホテル側と話し合ってくれたようで、しばらくして予約通りの部屋に案内された。初めての個人予約だったが、最初からつまづいてしまいトラウマになりそう・・・ ホテル自体はとても快適で過ごしやすかっただけに残念な記憶となった。

A friendly hotel and close to the airport

My family enjoyed our stay for one night prior to our departure to the airport back home the next day. The rooms were very clean and staff very helpful,attentive and friendly. The downside is that you have to pay for everything else a la carte. Be ready for a parking daily fee of 39.00 which is what I paid in NY city for hotel parking and Phoenix HS more space for parking so I found that a rip off. There is complimentary coffee int he lobby till 8 am which is ice but I got there at 8:30 not knowing and it was gone. However the nice people in the restaurant took care of me. Pool was very nice and a fire pit was going at night which was pretty. Room service was nice and a little pricey but we were at the Ritz so I expected that. Plenty of shopping around and a great deli across the street with breakfast burritos if you need to get up and go. All in all a nice stay and a beautiful hotel!
