Odd- Humble hotel trying to be a hip Las Vegas Hotel. Loud noisy below average pool with DJ on random days. Music on random days. Pool bar open on random days. Bed soft- uncomfortable and very low to the ground. Roku TV that belongs in a 12 y/o bedroom. No TV in the bedroom. The fridge in the “Suite” was a beverage cooler. Not for me. Won’t stay again.

This hotel was cute, but the rooms really were not nice. The AC unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on it kept us up. The pool was cute, it’s in a cute area, walking distance from old town, which is great! But the rooms felt old.

When we arrived, we waited at the front desk to check in and get our room key. Finally an employee walked up and said “It’s in your email and there’s a map over there.” Next day we went to get a coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby and waited for someone to show up for a few minutes. A girl stood up from behind the counter and seemed confused we were there. She must have been napping behind the counter. Place is very poorly managed. A good manager wouldn’t let employees act like this.

Great location in Scottsdale that was easy to check in with the mobile code — you can tell it’s an older motel that’s been flipped but the beds were really comfortable and the pool area was just what we needed. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, as well as one of the baseball stadiums for spring training

The location is great, steps from Old Town and walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium. The pool area is nice, but there was no policing after hours so with out room right over the pool it was very loud every night way beyond the 10pm cerphew. One night there was loud music until midnight. There was an AI on the app I was able to file a complaint. I had to contact twice before anything was done about it. The king bed was very comfortable but the mattress on the pull out sofa was like laying directly on the springs. The room was sparcely decorated with a small-ish tv on the wall. There was a separate tub shower and roll in shower, which allowed privacy for us to shower while leaving access to the bathroom. Overall it was fine, nothing fancy and I’d stay there again. Just don’t expect high end accommodations. We had a lot of space in the room and the coffee stand and luggage lockers were a nice convenience.

You have to do a lengthy check-in online ahead of time that is no fun for a senior to have to do, taking and sending photos of the front and back of your driver's license is one example. And, why? Plus, there isn't a phone in your room to call the main desk. You HAVE to communicate using their app. So, we needed a toilet plunger at about 8 AM. The reply on the app was that maintenance would be in at 10 AM to address the issue. Oh brother. It wasn't fixed well enough either. So couldn't wait to get out of there on the second day. Lots of chipped enamel on the tub bottom, plus we never could get that faucet to quit dripping. There's more to say, but that's enough negative for now. The young man who worked in the bar did a great job serving and answering our questions. So there's that.

The room was clean and modern. I did not have hot water one morning and one night was noisy with other guests partying by pool until 2am. Overall, not bad but sleep did not come easily.

You had to pay $15 a day to park in an empty parking lot...and they charge $30 to have someone refresh your towels and room daily. No furniture to place your luggage on. The pool area and shower pressure/ water temperature were the best part of the stay!

This property is in a great location and walkable to restaurants, shopping and more. Right in the heart of old town. The grounds are kept up very nicely. The rooms are small but complex. Definitely some wear and tear on the carpets, etc. Great choice for an affordable short stay with a convenient location.

We went to Scottsdale for Spring Training. The Sonder was conveniently located near the stadium as well as shops and dining. The room had not been updated in a while. There were a couple holes in the wall and the AC/Heat was quite loud. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor's room (crying baby). I should have known when I saw ear plugs in the side table drawer!

My husband and I had a great time. After reading reviews we were not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the property was. Beds are very soft, and shower was hot. You can't beat the location! Our favorite bar (Old Town Bar) to end the night was right down the alley from the hotel. The pool was nice. We met new people every night while we sat by the hot tub and h talking and having drinks. We are going to make this a yearly trip. Scottsdale Stadium is only a 5 minute walk to see a Spring Training Game.

My room smelled musty. There was a carpet on the floor under the bed. The bottom half of the bed that was stained with all kinds of nasty stains. I would not have liked to put a UV light on it because I would’ve been scared. The bathtub was not clean. I actually showered elsewhere and washed up because the bathtub was very unclean. There were a little to no products to clean yourself with that they supplied, no room service. No one came to change the bedsheets or make the bed. I stayed for four nights, and if you want to clean towels, you had to go to outside station to fetch them yourself it was like an unclean hotel Airbnb. There was no support from the front desk , the restaurant and bar closed super early the only advantages that it was right next to old town Scottsdale but overall I won’t stay here again because it was very very unclean

Great place for a good price, centrally located in Old town walkable to shops and dining. Only downside I noticed is that the shower head was leaking water, seemed to be in poor working order and certain elements of the furnishings looked outdated, worn, and in need of repair. Otherwise a good place to stay.
