“Thanks to great staff!”

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I. We had requested adjoining rooms and due to a very full hotel it appeared we were out of luck...but the manager was able to help us. Our rooms were GREAT and the stay at Windmill was memorable. I have already sung the praises. Thanks

“MY FAVORITE HOTEL”

The location is great. I was amazed to find we had a mini suite--husband could go to bed while I closed the doors between the livingroom and bedroom and stayed up to watch tv. There is another tv in the bedroom! The breakfast was everything you could want including eggs, pancakes--whatever. The staff was super nice. It was easy to get to our room from the parking lot with the handy elevator. You don't hear the people in the next room like in some hotels. We stayed two nights, then visited with friends and were too tired to drive home so we came back and stayed another night. There is a pretty pond with ducks on it next to the hotel. The mall is practically across the street. It is right off route 101 which takes you to the sports arenas, movies, whatever. We are in our 70's and active. I don't think I have stayed in a hotel that I was more pleased with overall.

“February 2012 Windmill Suites, Surprise, AZ”

The front desk staff greeted us as we came in. They were most helpful in answering our questions about the area since we were visiting from CA. The building from the outside was beautiful and more than we had expected it to be. We had a non smoking room on the second floor that was quite spacious and very clean. We had a living room with sofa and a separate bedroom with king bed. The bedroom was separated from the living room by pocket doors. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice clean sheets, pillows and bedding. There were two bath vanities, one inside the bathroom and one outside the bathroom (in the bedroom dressing area). There was also a small kitchen with sink, refrig and microwave adjacent to the living room. Every morning there is a hot breakfast available on the first floor. Considering this was included in the price of the room, you can't beat it. The area was clean and the food was fresh and quite good especially the homemade waffles. The only negative would be that the televisions in the living room and bedroom were a bit outdated. Considering we weren't there to watch tv it was not a big deal. I would highly recommend the Windmill Suites to anyone.

“Always Happy To Return To The Windmill”

This is a welcoming hotel with nice, comfortable suites. They were changing out all of their beds for new beds during our stay, although the existing bed was fine. Pleasant, helpful staff. This established all suite hotel is competing with two new motels within a 1/4 mile, but the Windmill is still very comfortable and a fine place to stay.

“Very enjoyable stay!”

This was our second stay in a couple of years at this hotel, and we enjoyed our second visit a much as the first. Our only disappointment was one day our room was not serviced. We were given fresh towels, but explained we still needed to use the room. No one returned to tidy up the beds, remove trash, etc. I suspect there was a misunderstanding in the communications as the housekeeper was not fluent in English. Subsequently, we posted the sign to service the room, when we left and had no problems. Suggest that this requiremnt be conveyed more clearly to guests

“Perfect for my family!”

We have stayed here several times and always had a great experience. The hotel staff are always very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Rooms are very spacious even with 4 kids. Love how there is a TV in the bedroom and separate sitting area so my kids can watch their own shows. Loved the pool and breakfast was great for a "continental breakfast". My kids loved walking along the pond and feeding the ducks!

“Home away from Home!”

It's our home away from home. The staff is personable, helpful, and just easy. The hotel is super clean. The rooms simple but comfortable. The new bedding is superb. The pool area is the nicest in the entire Sun City West area. We have reviewed them all!
