Nice hotel close to banner thunderbird hospitalPosted Jun 26, 2015
Check-in was quick, easy, and friendly, room was well appointed and clean. The hotel was a little hard to find at first as it's on a college campus, but then turned into a very pleasant surprise. wifi was fast and free, parking was adequate, and campus security was a very visible presence.

Convenient Hotel in GlendalePosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet (classes were not in session)
Cons: On-campus signs pointing to the office
Hotel is clean with pleasant grounds located on a university campus. Is a little confusing because signage on campus is hard to see at night. Trick to finding office -- it is on the Greenway side on the outer campus road. Entrances to campus are on Greenway and 59th.

Nice hotel On school campusPosted Jun 15, 2015
Lovely staff. Very helpful. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall very nice facilities.

Different than a standard hotelPosted Apr 3, 2015 on Hotels
The room and staff were nice. But it is different than a standard hotel. It reminded me of staying on an army base when I was a kid. It is a full campus, the pool was actually set in the middle of the residence halls. It was VERY quiet, we felt like we were the only ones there.

Convenient for usPosted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Location, price, and amenities are right for us.
Location is close to Peoria Sports Complex, availability of complimentary cold beverages and snacks is very nice, and the room is comfortable. We have chosen this property multiple times. When there was a small problem with our room the staff addressed it quickly and without inconvenience for us.

This is a very basic executive type hotel. The complimentary snacks were nice but breakfast was pretty basic, cereal and fruit. The main building was nice with a couple of nice lounge areas but the exterior really had no space to relax. If you want two beds you end up out in the cinderblock buildings which were fine but again no areas to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful grounds. The pool had almost no shade and no recliners for sun worshipers so that was very disappointing. The air conditioning was quite but a bit difficult to control. Alla and all a nice place for business but not a family vacation.

Great place, Hidden gemPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Courteous staff, clean and quiet, reasonably priced.
Cons: Hope they don't raise the rates too high after people "discover" them!
Location: Very close to the Peoria Sports Complex
We had a very nice time. Pleasantly surprised with the snack room and amenities.
