Friendly and professional staff. Clean hotel. The carpets are brand new. I loved the colors. Convenient access to the 101 loop. Walking distance to Shell Gas Station and Mimi’s Café. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. I loved the fact that I could access the internet at the lobby. Great overall experience. Thank you.

Great place for retirees

“Not much to improve on”

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our rooms were! It was nice having the kitchen and not having to go out for every meal and the kids enjoyed the pool. We would definately stay there again!

“Wedding Adventure”

We were in Arizona to attend my son's wedding. With so much going on and places to be, it was a pleasure to return to our room with no worries at all. The staff was very kind and curteous and we will definately use this hotel in the furture.

“Nice quiet place to stay”

Although this is a "long-term stay" hotel, it was fine for a short stay as well. The hotel staffers were friendly and helpful, and the quiet room was more than adequate. The pool was clean and the grounds well cared for. Outside services such as restaurants, markets, gas stations, and banks are conveniently close by.

“Friendly & very accomodating”

Sitting Room accomodated our family of 7 adults well. Appreciated the location - within walking distance to Mimi's Cafe, Red Robin, Taco Bell, and many others, also a mall across the st had a convenient Frys grocery store. Only drawback is the small pool area & limited chairs for those who want to sunbath. The "sack" breakfast was helpful.

“Felt like being at home!”

I would highly recommend the two bedroom suite to anyone who must stay in north Scottsdale. Very quiet, comfortable, and a full kitchen. It is very conveniently located across the street from Scottsdale Heathcare Hospital, Shea Campus. It is on a par with the Residence Inn.

“spring training”

Very quiet room, great access to the highway and plenty of good places to eat. Great location if you want to go to Rockies or Diamonbacks Spring Training home games.

“nice place to visit”

beds were comfortable. the area was quiet. rooms were kept clean. it does need a little tlc. the windows needed some maintence but everything else was fine.
