Watch out for hidden fees!!!!!!!!!!!

Room tax is higher the 2 miles away and they also charge an energy fee per person per night. Rooms are tiny no fridge no iron or ironing board not a good experience at All!!!!

Rude Staff!

Stayed for three days. The room was pretty dirty. The one day we asked the hotel staff to clean our room, we discovered that my phone was stolen. Tried to report it but the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. Will never stay there again!

Not a quiet place too much noise all night

The room was great but there were too many people in the hallway talking loud most of the night, and the person upstairs stomp all night.

Great hotel EXCEPT night staff

I would have given this hotel 5 stars all the way around if it weren't for the rude front desk clerk. The daytime staff was extremely courteous and friendly, but the woman running the desk at night ruined the stay. The cable in my room wasn't working, so I called the desk to see if it was just my room or if it was everywhere. She sounded irritated right off the bat but said she'd call back. She never did, so I called her after 30 minutes. She was over the top rude and condescending calling me "sweetie" and telling me she was busy checking people in using an exasperated tone. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind being talked down to. All the reviews I've read on Expedia and Google have said the same thing. Rude night staff! TV not working, etc. The room is nicely furnished and looks like it recently was remodeled. Great for the price. If it weren't for that experience, I'd say go ahead and stay here.

Good bang for your buck

Asked for a non-smoking room, and got one that reeked like cigarettes. Older hotel, but you get what you pay for. I wanted that location, and only pay that price, so can't complain too much.

Room needed work, but location convenient.

The plumbing had some noise issues, and the door was a bit sticky to get out of, but the staff was very courteous, and helpful. The location was excellent for me, as it was right next door to my mother's apartment building, and also close to Metro Center, and local eateries.

Cheap place to stay right off of the highway.

Location: Right off the highway.
Cheap hotel is all I can say. We just needed a place to sleep, but this was almost unacceptable. A bug in one of our towels, ran out of towels, dead bug in our bathroom, old TV that just shut off on us randomly (and was fuzzy when watching), not enough irons, ....don't even want to think about the experience anymore.
