Needed a hotel with a kitchen. I was a little disappointed to see the age of the amenities upon arrival. Very old. I was given a full kitchen with no microwave and no dishes, which I thought was odd. Did not have towels until 7:00 p.m. the day I checked in. Front desk was very friendly and hotel was clean.

five day stay

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: The Motel was conveniently located for my stay. My privacy was honored for the days I did not want maid sevice.
Cons: In form the guest if he is going to be given a handicapped room. Upgrade the cable tv.
Location: Central Meza arizona. Good restaurants and close to several baseball fields for pre-season games.
My room was evidenly constructed for handicapped individuals. The shower head was at my chest level and the toilet was high, both situations were a bit uncomfortable. The tv had a poor selection of channels, completely absent of sports. I extended my stay two days from my original online reservation and had to pay a much higher fee for those two extra days.

Bad News

Posted Mar 28, 2014
Pros: Convenient location to my destination.
On arrival at about 5 PM, we discovered no towels or tissues in the room. I spoke to a cleaning lady outside our room about the problem. She said that the laundry had not finished with the towels and that she would bring them later. I went in to call the office, but the phone was dead. I walked to the office and complained about the problems and they said that they would fix them. We left the hotel for the evening and returned at about 9:30. We had towels and tissues. As we were about to leave the next morning, the toilet overflowed. I tried to call the office but the phone still didn't work. We left the room and drove to the office and advised them of the emergency and then left for the day. We decided that we needed another day in Mesa so we called the office. (the phone finally fixed) They said ok and to stop the next morning and pay. Went to the office next morning expecting to get the same rates as the first two nights but no way.

Bad Hotel

Posted Mar 24, 2014
This hotel was old (mid-80's renovation) and a car drove through the front lobby 6 weeks ago. That renovation seemed behind as well. Worst part was the 18" gap/dried spackeling that was dried and shriveled up in a hole in the wall. Then there was the gaps in the floorboards from who knows what that crawls out of it. I did not feel comfortable staying here and was even less proud of the fact that I made my kids stay here a night due to our late arrival in town.
