A very pleasant experience

Cons: The drain in the shower and flatscreen tvs would be nice.
Location: Shopping, dining.
The hotel is very pleasing to the eyes, surrounded by nicely landscaped grounds. The room was nice, but dusty. I liked the bedroom in a seperate room, very comfy. The shower was nice, except it didnt drain properly. Everything else was excellent, the extra large hot tub a big bonus! The pool was pristine with basketball hoops, pool volleyball,etc. I would definately stay again!

The rooms were decorated nicely, inviting and comfortable. The resort grounds were clean and beautifully manicured. I brought my elderly parents for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary and the accommodations were fantastic. Thank you for nice visit.

Resort not really

Not really what you would expect for a resort. Small room and not well kept.

Nice resort but staff needs an attitude adjustment

Pros: The Location was easy!
Cons: Yes, Caring and Intelligent Staff! And free internet for multiple units usage!
Location: Golf is easy! Restaurant is next door! Major grocery stores and drug stores are near by!
Arrived late as usually, notified them that a handicap rooms were needed. Made reservations over 3 weeks before arriving. Enlightened them 4 days before arriving and letting them know our wants/needs! And still we got a set of rooms that were NOT easy to get to. We had to park a longer distance away from room. The same for 3 weeks prior, we got a room Upstairs when there was a room empty on the ground floor. When we checked in that night! My parents are 88yo and father has had 4 back surgeries! So walking is difficult, much less having to climb stairs! If family did not live so close to the resort, I would continue staying at the next resort - Arizona Golf Resort. Or stay another 10 minutes on the 202, and stay at the La Quinta Hotel. Where you get FREE WiFi and a breakfast and it is half the price they charge! As what we had done for over the past two years! I still have not received checkout receipt because computer was down!

Great place

The hotel and rooms were great, we got a two bedroom and it was large with a nice living room area and kitchen. Everything was clean, I wish we had more time to stay but we were only in for a night because of a wedding. The location did not seem that convenient. It seemed far from any normal night life, but lucky for us it was the nicest place near where the wedding was held. Like I said we only stayed a night so we didn't get a chance to explore the area but it did not look like there was much to do near by.

Rest in the desert

Pros: It was clean and reasonably priced. I liked the whirlpool bath.
Cons: The TV was old school and there not many channel choices. There was no option to rent movies.
The staff was helpful at check in and the room was clean.

Vacation

Pros: Location, golf close by, and hotel is not huge
This is the second time we have stayed at this country club. We enjoy it very much and will continue to come to this location.

Very nice accommodations. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed having the golf corse on the property. Easy access to all roads, restaurants, attractions, etc

Some work required to be truely customer centric

$9.95 per day for internet is insulting in these times. When we asked counter staff if we could extend our stay one day, manager was unavailable to authorize. Granted it was Easter Sunday and manager was not available until Wednesday to approve an extension to Monday. Counter people seemed capable, just not empowered. Every organization has a sales prevention dept, we encountered yours--site manager not willing to extend authority to employees.
