Beautiful stay. Beautiful property. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The burger at the pool was delicious. The rooms are very well appointed. Loved relaxing on the deck. All the staff that I encountered were very helpful and friendly.

Great place in north scottsdale.
Great experience. Beautiful, spacious room with a kitchen with utensils and dishware, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Separate living room. Awesome mountain and gold course view with spacious balcony. Two large pools just for the villas on top of access to Westin resort pools and amenities.

Like that you dont have to drive anywhere once arrive at the property. You have the hotel, great shopping and dining right across the street. Close to the airport

Checkin process was bad. I believe we were sent to the wrong room, twice. front desk manager was not helpful. no option to order more coffee supplies.Came around to liking the place. new room was much nicer. breakfast was very good.

Staff is super friendly and helpful (handed me a laminated card with courses to run), and room was very clean and modern. Kitchen well equipped and bed was super comfortable with quality sheets and blankets. Great pools and plenty of comfortable lounging chairs.

We had a bachelorette celebration and let me just say EVERYONE was super accommodating and just so nice. From asking a million questions to blowing up balloons in the lobby, we were treated so nicely. And thank you DANI our server for a wonderful time! She was amazing! I liked the the room a lot! Very big, clean, and new! The only thing I dislike a bit is it was a bit noisy! Maybe because I was on the first floor, but I can clear people talking and next door shutting. The noise level was up until 9:30 ish, after that it was pretty quiet. I didn’t get to use the pool but I took a look at it and it’s very beautiful!

The suite was comfortable and clean. However, the front desk staff couldn’t be more arrogant. Not enough parking near our building. No restaurant open due to Covid, which was ok since there’s more than enough restaurants in the area. The arrogance of the staff is what overshadowed our stay, we won’t return.

Outdated building, old furnishings. Cheap shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and NO BODY WASH! Light switch on opposite wall turned off and on lamp next to bed AND CLOCK! Clean room, staff followed COVID restrictions.

I'm sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We did renovate our guestrooms in 2017 and replaced all furniture and appliances then. Our bath amenities are dictated by Westin. If you return, we would be happy to substitute other amenities and send up body wash. I apologize for the clock being plugged into a switched outlet. That shouldn't have happened. It was a beautiful facility but the communication before arrival was that the facility was fully open and the scheduling of pool times was awful. Fortunate for my family that I live here and was able to take everyone to my pool.... really disappointed in the way the pool was handled... way to few staff... the ones there really worked hard but it was not the service I’ve grown to expect from Westin Year after year
