Business travel

Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Separate business vs casino travelers
The room was clean and very comfortable. Had desk adequate for computer work. Unfortunately the group next door was there to use the casino and were loud and in and out of their room until early morning - disturbing even with ear plugs in. Would recommend asking for room away from other partying guests.

First and last

My fiancé and I decided to stay at wild horse pass because we were attending a Chris Isaak concert. This will be the first and last venue we will attend there! 1. We reserved a king bed and ended up with two doubles 2. At check in they said my card was declined, which was odd, I logged into my Barclay card app, not only did it go through I had two pending transactions 3. We were told to wait in line at the venue for our tickets even-though we had ours printed, just for the guy to tell me that what I printed was our tickets, no really 4. The room key didn't work after dinner, this is annoying especially after a night of drinking and being exhausted 5. We waited an hour for our dinner at the cafe 6. We were offered a $25 food and beverage credit, for the room inconvenience and at check out they tried billing me for this This place not only had the worst service issues but they also demonstrated that their focus is not on a customer's experience. No apology was given for the lack of service! We didn't even bother with the pool the next day. We just wanted out!

Pros: beautiful rooms and nice staff
Cons: thicker walls
Location: casino and mall and sheraton resort nearby
had to call security to quiet the partiers next door and down the hall after 10pm

Pros: Great location, and it was very clean.
Very nice, clean hotel. Nice pool, close to the I-10 freeway, shopping at the outlets, and the Chandler Fashion Center.

Good for overnight stay

At arrival no valet was available. Only one valet attendant was rushing in the desert heat. Poor guy. At check in front desk the young man was unable to confirm my reservations properly. Luckily I had my confirmation number handy. Then he said my credit card declined for incidental charges. I had to call my credit card company. My bank said charges were approved. After the hotel front desk man displayed his own frustration with the computer and my credit card, he requested assistance and was finally able to completely check me into my two rooms. After he gave me my room keys he did not welcome me to the casino resort? Nor did he explain the facility or how I get to my room. As soon as he passed me my keys he left his station. So I walked to the hotel concierge desk for directions to my room and no one was available. Just a sign that said to see the front desk? I had just traveled 8hrs and having to deal with all of the complications was a huge disappointment. There were more disappointments throughout my stay. The bedroom itself was clean. The gift shop and valet (evenings had two attendants) were the most friendly staff. The fitness room was clean and roomy. The pool was nice. Other Front desk staff were not knowledgable about the resort restaurants. I was told there was no breakfast available? When I walked down I found Starbucks & Cafe 24/7 with a full selection of breakfast.

Pros: the staff
Cons: they need to put up shade for the valet car service. they park the cars out in the open which is ridiculous in the above 100 temperatures.
It was enjoyable, not enough umbrellas in the pool area. They also need misters at the valet car service. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
