Beautifully landscaped and very enjoyable pool areas. All facilities on site were very clean. Villas were very comfortable for a family of 6. We would definitely return.

What the hidden fees....paid extra for breakfast and still had to pay. We even did not eat at the hotel for 1 day....find somewhere else that dont have the hidden fees

Great place to stay. Rooms and pool area are very well taken care of. Only downside is there are no places to walk to, but thats the same for all the other resorts nearby. There is a nice bar/restaurant for happy hour. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel suite was amazingly spacious. Everything was nicely appointed and the rooms were clean and in order. We did see a roach on the wall in the kitchen, but other than that, the place was fantastic and I would want to stay here again.

Property was very clean, great pools that were never overly crowded, very spacious villas, service was great and the kids loved the arcade. A couple things we didn't like, there was only one restaurant and it was open 12-8PM and closed on Monday and Tuesday which of course we were there on a Mon/Tues. We had several nights that we would have liked to sit at the outdoor patio from 8-10PM and have a few drinks with our friends.

My wife and I had a short two day stay at this property. Overall we were well pleased with our visit. High points: great location, happy and friendly staff, enjoyed the restaurant on the property, nice exercise room. Not a new property, but seemed to be well maintained. The one swimming pool we used was very, very clean- great job by maintenance!

this is a timeshare and I didn't realize this when I made reservations. Staff was snarky when I declined "offer" to participate in sales pitch as I was in town solely to visit my terminally ill brother who lives nearby; and they called a second time to schedule this same spiel - I thought this was just a fancier Holiday Inn because it was in Scottsdale. Next time I'll confirm it is not a time share if I ever stay in a Holiday Inn again.

We did not sleep a wink. We were assigned a basement room and thr guest above us paced all night. The wallas and floors were so thin the creaking and squeaking ofr the floorboards drowned out the tv. Earplugs didnt work, pillow over head, nothing. We've been in a room beloe kids who eventually went to sleep. The staff couldnt have been nicer! It qasnt their fault. We had to change hotels the next morning. They were extremely cooperative and understanding.

I didn't like the multiple sales pitches for selling time shares. Especially the interruption during breakfast with my kids on a family vacation that the last I recalled I did pay for and do expect privacy. Your salesman on the phone was pretty relentless and just damn near rude. I'll know to keep my phone unplugged if we stay again.

Great family spot for a vacation. Only one complaint. A high pressure, Amway style sales pitch where they dont take no for an answer to watch a 90 minute presentation. They offered free tickets to the aquarium which would have been worth $160. But im not here for that. No matter what i said the guy would not lay off. I had to just walk away and it gave me an icky feel about the place.

Very close to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a 5 minute walk. Quiet, several pools. Nice one bedroom condo. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, plates & utensils. Coffee supply was nice.
