Staff are a let down. They are unfriendly and don’t smile at all. My room had a dank smell and the hot water was not working one day. The phone in the room can’t be used to make calls within Bangkok let alone overseas and the wifi is weak and it gets cut off when I move from my room to the bathroom or even to the lobby and I need to type in the userid and password each and every time. . I Guess the trade off is the hotel rate is cheap and it’s less than 5 minutes walk to a BTS station. However this is not enough for me to stay here again.

It was good though the toilet area is not that okay, I mean the water from the toilet bowl was dripping. The breakfast was very limited and one man who was serving was so annoyed with the the crowd who come and go to the bread toaster area.

Convenient stay but a boring place.
In terms of the 4-star for money paid, I got what i needed. However, as a tourist, the place has not offered much. We need to take the train and go somewhere for food, etc. Internet is not fast and easily disconnected, perhaps afler some time idling and need to go the same process again.

Horrible experience. Arrogant and rude manager. Booked the most expensive room and it was terrible. Peeling wall paper, broken taps and shower fittings, an old crt style tv (really, in 2019 no flat screen tv), ineffective and noisy air cond. Cups and instant coffee, but no kettle? They have two or three bus loads of budget tour groups from Vietnam and China each night and simply do not care about private bookings. Breakfast poor. My advice is not to risk getting a poor old room. This hotel used to be much better, but we will go elsewhere from now on.

The hotel is really cheap to stay and that’s what you get. The WiFi is weak and drops often. The water pressure is low and it’s either hot or cold. The rooms has small ants (I think they were ants) and small roaches. The tv has about 5 stations. You do get what you pay for. And you do; on check-in they require a 500 baht deposit and get it back when you check-out. The good part was the Thai breakfast they have and only the food. The room it is in leaks a bit or it could be from the a/c.

Rude staffs Recepsonist especially the manager very rude n non cooperative Poor quality of breakfast Nothing except bread for vegetarians Air condition is a shower in round keeps pouring water through out

Photos online are unrealistic to what the rooms actually look like and area of the hotel is dangerous as I was told by a taxi driver in the area he was held up at gun point in the area.

Maybe its cheap thats why !
I know its cheap hotel thats why i cant ask for too much ofcourse ! The problem and i got stress is the cockroach everywhere in the room everytime i came back at night after my tour …they better do something about it.

Facilities can be improved.
The hotel is located conveniently next to the train station. The breakfast buffet gave a homely feel. The facilities looked run-down and the overall atmosphere was dreary. The major plus point is the hotel's proximity to the train station.

stayed this hotel because it is near to BTS station, Bitec exhibition hall and good price. Hotel staff are helpful and polite. I changed my room (26xx) on the last night of stay because of power tripped and smoke appeared at the toilet switch, my colleague changed his room (27xx) due to insect on the bed. Disturbing noise from aircon's fan coil unit , need to clean aircon filter also.

Really cheap compare to other hotels.
It's really cheap to stay there but it's far way from city centre. There are few hundreds of Labour live in the hotel. So it's very noisy day or night. They use some cleaning liquid for the hotel ,that smells terrible, like a hospital.

Convenient Park Hotel is a mixed bag. First stay there was in a nice and comfortable room. I think I may have paid a bit more than the lowest rate for that one. The second stay there was in the lowest rate room. Not so good! Dark, bad bathroom, etc. As long as you do not go for the lowest price (quality) room, I think it's quite a good bargain, and I'd stay there again, many times, I'm sure. But that lowest price room is a real drag.

The room was quite dirty, but as it is a cheap price for bangkok it's not too bad. The area is quiet and the bts is only a short walk, however women on their own may feel vulnerable walking around at night.

Convenient location with a great breakfast, at least 10 main dishes fruit vegetables, hotel run down but was nice inthe past. Fitness center on roof of old part. Free safe deposit boxes. He!pful staff

after long time i came here just with one thought... may be they improved themselves. but i was wrong.. everything is same...you can see all the time maximum tourist from neighbor countries are staying here....specially cheap package tourists...sorry for using this.. too much noise .....very far from main activity area..... cheap toiletries..... even bedsheet they dont change... just 4-5 minutes walk from bts punnavithi but taxi drivers has no idea about hotel & sometimes bts too. never come back again here

The rooms were okay for the price it was. The bed was really big. The bathrooms need a little improvement. The breakfast buffet was really good. The plus side to it all was that it was next to the BTS.

.Not much to do or see outside of hotel but so easy to get anywhere as bts is only 1 min away.Breakfast is very good ,nice staff but air con was noisy and towels were a bit grubby.Otherwise quiet location and good value for what we paid.

Reasonable hotel.
There are about 100 meters from Punnawithi BTS station, that means you can travel along Sukhumvit road easily. Proper breakfast with some Thai foods, Continental BF, and also Noodles and Boiled rice. Staff is OK.

Could be a lot better, but great breakfast buffet!
Nice place, not very clean, but the breakfast buffet was great! Lots of variety. If I have time, I will go back there just to eat the buffet, but I wouldn't stay there. The bathroom was very bad. The curtain had black mold on it and the tub was cracked. Very gross and it grossed me out too.
