I wouldn't stay here if you paid me
To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible.

Rude Hotel Staff, located in a rural area
Our check in was not pleasant. We waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes to be assisted and it was around 10 pm late night and we were exhausted from our trip, nobody was there. After a person showed up, no apology, no smile. The hotel room is great, comfortable , swimming pool is enjoyable, breakfast is so so, nothing special. Hotel is located far from the Phuket City, nothing nearby. The hotel management should train their staff better to be more polite to their guests.

I had to call the front desk multiple times to ask them to send me some of the missing things like shampoo or water. Cleaning the room was my biggest issue I got bugs and ants on the bed due to the lack of cleaning and I wasn’t happy.

Reception staff was ok but kitchen staff was terrible unprofessional and rude. Located Far from everything. Not that many people in the hotel so peaceful and quiet. Great views. Rooms ok but visible usage. Free minibar. Overall good but not great.

I booked 3 Family Deluxe rooms as my daughter has a wedding ceremony in Phuket. Check-in speed is bit slow. When I stepped in the hotel room, the size is reasonable big. But I discovered there are many stings like dried blood covering few parts on the bed sheet which made me feel uncomfortable. Bread for breakfast is bit smelly and milk is not fresh. The rice and congee is fine which I ate a lot as no more better choice. But staff are nice and helpful.

Great resort in quiet part of Phuket.
Had fantastic time staying at the resort. Kids loved the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has great menu and the food was excellent.

Quiet, comfortable and well maintained.
Very Nice hotel, larger rooms, well decorated. Very nice for family's with small children. Great pool area. The location is quiet and rural, not really walking distance to many places from the hotel, but if you rent a scooter from Hotel, the location is 100%. 20 min to Phucket, 40mins to Patong etc. If you want to be be in the centre of the action this hotel is not for you - but if you like quieter environment its perfect. Great breakfast, great service. Would definitely stay again.

Great resort away from all the craziness of Patong
Crystal wild resort is a slice of paradise, this resort meets all your expectations. The Breakfast was delicious and they have had great service everytime I've been there. First time I took my wife here for our honeymoon and we have came back every year since, if you like to be away from the nightlife of Patong and want to relax with no worries this is the resort to book. Shout out to SJ Mang great employee he deserves a raise, anytime I go to Phuket this resort is on my list to visit.

staff was awesome, booked the wrong day online by mistake and they fixed it right away. nice hotel, some ants I recommend spraying to remove that. directions were not available but the lady said she will add that to the website to help future people, that would be great. Thanks for the great service.

The positives 1. Staff were friendly 2. Rooms were nice and daily complimentary minibars The negatives 1. Staff wasn't sure about the booking because hotel.com appeared to be Expedia to them 2. Refilling of finished items at breakfast buffet didn't see to be usual, you have to make the request, coffee is DIY and when it runs out in the pot, you need to ask them to prepare more 3. Gym equipment was out of order 4. 2 small shower gels were provided daily in spite there were 4 occupants - though they brought more at our requests, they seemed to be reluctant 5. Housekeeping took dirty bathrobes but did not replace. At check out, we were being accused of missing bathrobes. 6. Room Slippers provided looked dirty and I didn't dare to use at all. 7. Very secluded area, nothing nearby

It's OK but .......
I won't go back to that hotel mostly because of the very poor concierge service, I have never stayed in a "4 star" hotel where the I have asked the concierge to make travel arrangements for me only to be told no. That is ridiculous and unacceptable to me. The breakfast service was quite nice but the overall menu is somewhat lacking for choice and the prices are steep, I ordered the most expensive item on the menu (the lamb) and to be served two small pieces of lamb on a place of cold beans, yes like pork and beans with an embarrassing little baked potato set upright in a tin foil cup was very disappointing. The hotel rooms are nice but I'm glad I got the room for the price I did thru hotels.com because if I had paid their full asking price for this place I would have been livid! Considering the location of the hotel and it's "remoteness" from everything (which I admit can be a positive or a negative for other guests) they should offer a shuttle in to the town area - it's only a ten minute drive so don't let the word REMOTE confuse you. They do NOT have a beach anywhere near the place which is important to know for the Phuket area .....

Beautiful hotel! Mediocre location
LOVED the hotel - beautiful rooms (one of the few places we stayed where the photos accurately reflected the hotel). Great room & bathroom, nice pool. In theory an ok small fitness center although 2 of the 4 machines were broken when we were there. Only downside is the location - it's close to the water, but not a beach you'd swim in (surrounded by mangroves and sewer drainage) and cabs in Phuket are surprisingly expensive compared to the rest of Thailand, so it was relatively expensive to get to other more desirable beaches, etc. But overall a beautiful hotel!

Peaceful quiet part of phuket
This hotel was a nice surprise because we wanted,to get away and relax in,a,quiet area of Phuket and it was just that. Great restaurant and service. Its out of the city yet near the beach.

Secluded oasis
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. This place is very new, and I believe it was just completed in 2014. The pool was great, the food was great, everything was really top notch. The only downsides are that they are not right on the beach, but there is a great, quit one about 1.5K away, and that you pretty much have to take a taxi to get almost anywhere. We wounded up getting a scooter from Phuket Town, for 250 baht a day and using that to get around.

Beautiful but ver boring
Hotel was very clean, and beautiful. But compated to Panwa Beach resort (where friends of ours where staying) they didn't offer anything. They charge way too much for Taxi (14 Euro for 10 min to Phuket Town) and dont offer Bikes and scooters. Breakfast was ok. Rooms very clean and beautiful, bit get boring soon because of the lack of things to do

Kan anbefales.
Dejligt hotel med en flot udsigt. God restaurant og hjælpsom personale. Der var lidt bøvl med poolen men det fik de hurtig ordnet. De hjalp os med at booke ture. Dog skal det lige siges de helst vil have kontanter for alt istedet for dankort/visa men alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale dette sted.

Non lo consiglierei se non per relax a famiglie...
Note negative: -L’hotel si trova distante da tutti i punti di interesse. Risulta quindi necessario affittare per forza un mezzo per spostarsi. -Wi-Fi che non funziona, soprattutto nelle camere. -Ristorante con cibo di bassa qualità e con prezzi alti, io sono stata male entrambe le volte che per necessità sono stata costretta a mangiare qui, dubito sia un caso. -Colazione con poca variabilità nei cibi, che per chi si ferma per una settimana diventa davvero noiosa. L’unica variabile è che cambiano la posizione dei diversi cibi forse pensando di illudere i clienti che questo sia variare! -Buona parte del personale del resort non parla inglese e talvolta non lo capisce. Note positive: - Bella piscina con idromassaggio - relax - grandi camere vista giardino

Ohne Roller oder Auto ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen, was aber bei der Buchung jedem klar sein sollte. Das Frühstück ist eher kleingehalten und wenig abwechslungsreich, aber trotzdem gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit bemüht dem Hotelgast zu helfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer entsprach nicht zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten leider an unserem Ankunftstag direkt einen kleine Armee im Bett zu Besuch. Das Housekeeping löste das Problem schnell und zuverlässig. Ursache war vermutlich ein toter Salamander auf dem Balkon. Sonst war das Zimmer hier und da nicht so sauber wie von uns erwartet. Der kleine Pool und die Anlage haben insgesamt schon bessere Tage gehabt.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit schönem Pool
Bis auf die schlechte verkehrstechnische Lage und für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr hohe Taxikosten war in diesem Hotel alles super. Besonders hervorheben muss ich die hervorragende thailändische Küche. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Thailand und haben vorher noch nie so gut gegessen. Alleine hierfür lohnt sich das wiederkommen. Aber auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Anlage und auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Belle hôtel mais loin de la plage
Belle hôtel ,service excellent mais Big problème loin de la plage et donc note de taxi importante à la fin du séjour .Aller et retour pour la plage de Kata 1700 thb soit 45 euros .Donc si vous louer un scooter ou une voiture hôtel calme et luxueux rien à dire par contre sinon à éviter car ardoise taxi salée .

Nur für geübte Rollerfahrer zu empfehlen
Wir hatten das Crystal Wild Resort für 7 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, ein paar Meter vor uns befand sich der Pool. Das Hotel war die ersten Tage fast leer, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten den ganzen Pool für uns und eine unglaubliche Ruhe. Nach einigen Tagen fiel dann eine Gruppe von asiatischen Urlaubern ein, die eine unglaubliche Lautstärke entfachten. Man unterhielt sich über den Pool, das Frühstücksrestaurant wurde zur Mensa. Unser Zimmer war super schön, groß und sauber. Endlich eine Dusche mit Wasserdruck und wieder Platz. Nicht unbedingt Thai-Stil, aber das machte uns nichts aus, weil wir von Beach-Front-Villen gerade die Nase voll hatten. Toll: Jeden Tag wurde die Minibar kostenlos gefüllt: Chang, Singha, Cola, Fanta, Saft, Knabbereien. Super! Pool und Jucuzzi waren super. Nicht so toll das Frühstück, etwas langweilig und nur 2 mal Buffet mangels Gästen. Umgebung: Nur mit Roller zu empfehlen. Nahe ist die Panwa Bay, eine gepflegte gemütliche kleine Meile mit Restaurants und Garküchen. Wiederkommen leider nein, es gibt bessere Hotels mit Strandlage, wie das Panwa Beach Resort.

Super Hotel! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Un peu éloigné du centre et de la plage, mais super pour être au calme! Les taxis ne sont pas chers pour aller manger un bout en ville! Buffet petit dej, sympa mais limité! Personnel adorable et serviable.

das war unser2ter Aufenthalt im crystal wild. Leider ist der service schlechter geworden. Das Frühstück beim ersten Mal war schon mittelmaß aber diesmal wurde dieses noch getoppt :Kaffee nur noch vorgebrüht und bitter, genauso der Schwarztee (möchte man eine andere Sorte dann nur noch gegen Bezahlung), Toast alt, Croissants und Süßgebäck ungenießbar da diese mehrere Tage alt sind. Da diese dann auch niemand ißt findet man am nächsten Tag die gleichen wieder. Besser dann gar keine sevieren. Wirklich sehr schade denn das Resort ist ansonsten schön und ruhig.

nous avons passer troisième lhotel , Crystal wild resort, Une vue exeptionel sur mer Ét piscine infinity! hotel très propre , staff très accueillant et souriant. service de taxi à lhotel .. par contre le centre"old Phuket " est à 20 min en taxi .. Un peu loin. mais j'y retournerais sans hésiter très relaxant .

Wunderschön gelegen... Postkartenausblick.
Eine tolle Anlage. Ruhig gelegen. Entspricht genau unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr sauber. Wenn man Mobil ist, Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf Phuket. Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das bescheidene Frühstück.
