Everything was the same as a more expensive room i have stayed in and better. Clean quiet, hot water, a/c towels cable NOTHING missing except an elevator . Walking up and down the stairs was good exercise though.

Everything about this accommodation was, for me, perfect. It is located in the heart of Patong. The room was beautiful and neat, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A good snapshot of the beautiful Thai culture :)
The only issue I could find is that is very noisy at night, but that is the case for all the places in Patong, anyway. I didný mid this.

The Artist House is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice, clean, and friendly place to sleep and shower. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to someone who is looking to lounge around and use hotel amenities, but I highly recommend The Artist House to anyone that will be out and about in Phuket the majority of their stay. The Artist House is clean and very modern, but the best thing about The Artist House was the AMAZING Staff. Everyone was so polite and friendly, and truly cared about their guests. They did everything they could do to help us navigate the city and select the right tours for island hopping. We had a little mishap with the tour agency, but The Artist House made sure that everything was resolved, and even compensated us with a discount from their own pockets, even though it was the tour agency's fault. The hotel is small (boutique like), so the staff really tries to get to know their guests, which I think was really sweet and goes above and beyond the larger hotels. In addition the great hotel and absolutely amazing staff, the hotel is also in walking distance to Patong Beach.

Our stay was comfortable and clean, and Sam the host was kind and welcoming. The beach is a short walk away from the middle of Kata beach. Rooms are not particularly spacious, but clean, inviting, and well-kept. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay or relax in Phuket.

This little gem is a must! Rawai beach is a great spot, and this hotel is an amazing bargain. They gave us a sea view room, all rooms have a large balcony and big samsung LCD TV. Wifi is free and fast, breakfast is yum and included. They even saw from my girlfriends passport that it was her birthday 3 days before checking in, so they surprised us at our first breakfast with a cake with a candle and a Thai rendition of happy birthday. Such a nice touch! We extended our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights.
For seafood lovers...head down to the end of the main road, turn left, go about 150m and you can pick your fresh prawns/squid/fish/lobsters and take it across the road to be cooked to perfection for you.
Also, get the hotel staff to sign you up for the phi phi island tour...it was well worth it.
Thanks for the great stay team, I hope this review gets you more business than you know what to do with.
