Great hotel and very accomodating staffPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The staff, location, and facilities
Location: Lots of affordable restaurants out back on the beach.
We (again) enjoyed our stay at Indigo Pearl. The staff are very helpful and accomodating and the hotel's location is perfect (close to the airport and to other affordable restaurants, bars, and the beach). Would definitely recommend it.

Stunning hotel and great locationPosted Jun 22, 2014
We chose Indigo Pearl as our last stop for our trip as it's close to the airport. This is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in! It's industrial chic design is outstanding. Staff go above and beyond their duty to help. Our room was cleaned daily and the maid came every evening to light candles. The breakfast is vast! If you can't find something you like then your beyond fussy!!! Would highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy!

Fantastic resort enclosed on its own estatePosted Jun 1, 2014
A fantastic resort with all you could ask for from various restaurants, to three pools that cater for all adults and children. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would return to this resort again in the hear future.

great valuePosted May 26, 2014
Rooms were lovely. Great size and very stylish. The restaurants were lovely also. Beautifully set up resort with great pools and nice feel. Only a couple of areas for improvement. As a family, only 1 of the 3 pools were accessible by kids which was a shame. Also, they could have a few more organised activity. Overall one of the nicest places I have stayed and possibly best value

Wonderful hotel for a quiet getawayPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: What I love most about our room was the bathroom. It was bigger than the bed area with industrial mixing with touches of art.
Cons: I honestly cannot think of any but maybe offer some options of halal food.
Location: Beautiful beach with quaint cafes and restaurants, offering good local and western food. Some good places for massage.
the hotel is very close to the airport but a little bit far from Phuket's places of attraction like the Patong Beach or Phuket Town (for shopping & entertainment), making it a good choice if you want to just relax by the beach or just chill at one of the 3 pools available or just explore the property. Nai Yang beach is beautiful especially during sunset, where you can choose to have your dinner at one of the restaurants and cafes there. The beach is not crowded at all, with calm waters safe for children. we had a wonderful time here and would definitely go back.

A good small retreatPosted Dec 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Like the resort, its a little bit small for my liking, but good value for money. Staffs are friendly, yet some are not very well trained. Beach is a little disappointing, water is not that clear and clean. Great to have so many choices of restaurants along the beach front. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

Nice overall, had a few issues with bad smells from drains and septic/ sewer sytems which need adressing and waiting staff in restaurant ould use more training.
