My wife and i stay at M Social in March 2024. The newly renovated Hotel is amazing. The rooms are big and spacious. Check in was very professional and staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was really good with eggs benedict on the menu included in the Hotel stay. The swimming pool was new too. Will definitely come back soon.

Fantastic Hotel . Hotel staff superb . Located at the shopping mall . I had a cabana room with access to pool . Brilliant service and facilities , and excellent restaurants . There for 10 nights . Will be going back again to the millennium resort . Loved it .

Absolutely not a 5 star resort as advertised. More like 3 1/2. The lobby was beautiful but otherwise the room and amenities are in dire need if an upgrade. That said, the location is awesome and the staff were great. The breakfast had decent options and the food was good.

Part of the Jungcylon shopping center so great access to shops, food outlets & cinema, just note, the hotel is in 2 separate parts within the shopping center, so if booking trips/excursions you will need to know if your room is beach view or lake view for your organizing your pick up transport.

Staff were very friendly on arrival. During our stay our room was kept clean a nd staff were always smiling and helpful. We have stayed at this Resort before. Beautiful Resort to walk around . I did not like rude guests that were loud and noisy during breakfast. I wanted to leave. They need to be spoken to so other can enjoy eating!

I stayed at the Beachside building 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience, this time was put in Lakeside building and was disappointed with experience. Frustrating also that the Free Drink on arrival was not able to enjoy as the bar had closed before 11pm...unbelievable!!

Received an upgrade to an executive suite, great room, pools are terrific, next door to all the major attractions including Bangla rd, Jungceylon shopping centre and Patong beach is a 3 minute walk.

When you first walk in, the interior & reception area of this hotel is beautiful! The staff are really sweet & friendly. However, I would have expected more from a 5 star hotel. This is my 6th visit to Patong area, & first time staying at The Millenium. Lighting in the rooms is terrible. As 2 females trying to do our make up, it was almost impossible as the rooms are so dim, even with all the lights are turned on. The towels in the bathroom are very worn out, flimsy & thin (not what you’d expect from a 5 star) The room service & food quality in the hotel in general is not 5 star standard. It’s actually really bad. We ordered satay sticks from room service & they were so inedible that we had to send them back. Also portion sizes were very small given the prices you are paying. Breakfast buffet is not great either. Also, there are 2 seperate buildings. Although there is a pool & breakfast in each, the bigger ones were in building 1. We stayed in building 2, therefore I had to take the free tuk tuk to the other building to use the better pool & bigger buffet which was inconveniencing. On a positive note, the location is great & close to Bangla Rd & also connected to a shopping centre. They cleaned the room thoroughly everyday. The beds were really comfy! Staff were beautiful! Probably wouldn’t stay there again as I’m a massive foodie & would prefer somewhere with better food & more of a 5 star quality.

The location is great, at the heart of the city and close to everything. The negatives are the parking and the location of the room. The parking is located at a different building, and need validation every time I park. So, to validate a ticket I need to walk to building number 2, stamp the card, then go to the parking area in the basement. It would be great to have the validation done at the reception of my hotel not the other one. The room was located at the 6th floor, to go there I need to change the lift at the 4th and then walk around 400 ft fo another elevator to go to the 6th floor. This was time consuming and frustrating especially when it is crowded.

Be prepared for insect bites
I have been to Phuket before and stayed at other establishments and none are as bad as this one. Such a horrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone. The lower floor has a barbecue with huge smoke blowing right up to our room. The room was full of insects and flies, we all ended up with multiple bites that are still scarring now. Had to buy our own insect repellent and still got new bites. To make things worse even the breakfast area was full of bugs.

Good location but poor service and noise pollution
Whilst the hotel was in good location, it look little tired and needs to be refreshed. The noise from outside construction was awful and started from early morning to late evening. In the end I checked out day early and when explained, they just gave explained they understood and would revert back to the manager. I would not stay here again
