I recommends Pimnara to the couple...
Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay.

junceylon stay
If u rcspending most of your time in the shopping center this is the place. Breakfast was 3 choices of egg ham etc opposite the hotel at the restaurant.

i like the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is superb near to night market and Bangla Road. Only 1 thing that I would like to suggest is full length mirror, as its only half length mirror inside the room.

First trip to Phuket
The hotel location is good. Just inside the walking street 2. Five minutes to the night street too where all the pubs located. However, transportation is very expensive. One way airport to hotel B800 and takes an hour.

Great location with friendly staff.
Very convenient location, the boutique hotel is just inside Junceylon shopping mall. Dun have to walk too far to go back hotel. Hotel stuff are friendly as well. The only bad point is that the wifi is not that strong.

Hotel is very clean, every day they really change the towels and make up room. All staff have excellent service. Inside Jung Ceylon mall, 5mins walk to Patong beach. 3 mins walk to Banzaan Market.

PERFECT LOCATION AND SUPER CLEAN ROOM
Warm and welcoming.Thank you for the hospitality. All the staff are incredibly nice. They greet us everytime they see us.The place is clean and peace. 5 mins walk from the famous Bangla Road and Patong Beach, connected to the massive shopping centre Jungceylon for your convenience. Surrounded with restaurants, bars and spas. The location is excellent.

Nice hotel with great design for each room.
We booked 3 rooms there in January. Two superior rooms with windows and 1 loft suite. The rooms were very clean and the loft suite spacious. They need to put glasses in the rooms. The hotel is not guest friendly. For a massage in the room they charge 800 bhatts. My wife and I had to pay 1600 bhatts every day for massage in room. In general it's a good hotel

This hotel failed to deliver, rundown place, each room has a theme and they are really unique, however the charm is gone with the dull atmosphere the narrow walkway, the facility does not have good maintenance and cleaning, to cut it short for you fellow travelers. Better options are available in the same location. Sleep with me boutique hotel is one of them and is cheaper too

Hotel close to all major shops.in Junceylon.
Stayed at the Pimnara with my long time Thai Girlfriend and the hotel gave me a free upgrade to a room with windows and you had the choice of many restaurants and bars.Close to Bangla Road and could not hear any noise,also close to the beach.Only thing it is not that good if you would not want to pay the prices.Overall we where quite happy there and would stay again.Cheers John And Pum.🌸🌺❤️💝🙏👌

Hotel is, indeed, good and clean. I think the location is just excellent. However, the service needs a lot of improvement. Stay at a hotel becomes warm only when the service is good, rest of the things are just secondary.

Unique and quirky
hotel: I love how it's clean and just beautifully set up, the uniqueness of the hotel is amazing Staff: awesome services however language was a barrier that got abit frustrating at times. Location: best location by far right in the middle off everything

Missing the pool !!!
Except the swimming pool, this place everything going for it. Great out door , great location in respect to food, shopping , night life. Beach is 5-7 min walk. Basically you are living in a giant mall.

Nice boutique hotel located inside Jungceylon
I requested for a specific room and room was already ready with baby cot when I reached..quite impressed as we usually have to wait for cot to come after checking in..Convenient hotel as it is right inside Jungceylon..shopping is just a walking distance away..hotel room condition is great...bath shower area wise, would be good if the have something to hang bath towels..overall good experience with the hotel.

JungCeylon mall at your doorstep. Plethora choice of eateries. Breakfast served in D'Wine Italian bistro and wine bar,across from hotel lobby(part of JungCeylon Sino Phuket area of mall). Easy access to BigC supermarket,and the banking nation(banks and ATMs) in That's Siam(basement in Silang Blvd of JungCeylon).

Stay for 3 days during songkran, very comfortable, convenient hotel. Location in the middle of shopping mall, beach & restaurant. Every room come with a unique design interiors. Price are reasonable.

All 3 rooms were a wonderful surprise!!!
This hotel was a "fun" hotel. Every room was decorated differently. In fact we check out and check in many times to get a new room each time! this was quite fun! Drawback there is no pool, but when you are a 10 minute walk from the beach who needs one? And being a 5 minute away from Bangla road means you will be right in the middle of all the action. In the hotel is was surprising silent being so close to Bangla road. Great Location, great service, great breakfast spread! Crazy cool rooms! Check it out for sure!
