The resort is beautiful!! Every person on the resort staff is very kind and helpful!! Definitely recommend this resort to anyone that enjoys being pampered and being treated like an individual and not just a number.

Welcome drink was delish. They upgraded me to a villa with private pool. The room was spacious. The bed is too hard but room service came to add more bedding cushions which helped a little. Tamarind Thai Cuisine by far is the best upscale Thai food that I’ve had. Breakfast was good. Nice attentive staff. Nice quiet area. The beach has a beautiful view and was relaxing but has algae or slim. So didn’t go swimming or canoing at the beach. 10-15 min walk to a local night market at Cape Panawa where you can catch a beautiful sunset. Note: No side walk. I would definitely stay there again.

It was our last stop before heading home. We did a lot of activities prior to arriving to this hotel and were hoping for relaxing part. Unfortunately, there was a restaurant renovation and we could forget about relaxation. If I knew I would have booked different hotel. Apart from this ok.

Booked this resort for my birthday trip and they prepared a room with birthday decor and a small cake to welcome me , that’s so so sweet ! Staff also very friendly, thoughtful, and they will fulfil your needs if possible. They are complimentary stuffs campaign going on when you join member now. I recommend this resort if you want to chill and a quiet area to stay. Around this area have very limited stores, and don’t have 7-11 nearby. From airport to this resort takes about 1hr plus with smooth traffic.

The hotel needs maintenance and renovation of facilities and furniture, raising the level of hygiene, and controlling insects such as mosquitoes and reptiles such as lizerd and frogs that are spread everywhere. The breakfast is also poor in terms of variety and quality. The hotel does not deserve five stars

Despite the flora and fauna which is predominant in Thailand and all of South East Asia, we have weekly pest control treatments and fumigation. Moreover, it is quite impossible to get rid of an entire ecosystem. Nonetheless we are doing our best to maintain the area clean and ensure that hygiene is our top priority. I would and will never ever come back to your hotel again. Starting from the slow services. As soon as we entered the hotel we had to wait 30 minutes just to even talk to an employee in the reception. There was a free table and yet no one called us. I had to go up my self and explain my dissatisfaction for you to bring someone to check me in. And let's talk about the pool bar and restaurant services, the slowest I have ever seen. You ask for the easiest and quickest item on the menu at the pool bar which is water and it takes 15 minutes and multiple times of asking to receive it. Another thing is how bad the paying system is. Everytime we ordered something even if we were relaxing by the pool, they would bring the bill to sign everytime instead of just keeping your tab open. Another thing that was absolutely horrible - the rooms had a leak from the A/C and when we called to tell reception, they said they'll get on it and never did. Also, when we checked in we were supposed to receive our keys for both rooms but one was not ready, the reception lady that checked us in told me that as soon as the room was ready she would bring the key herself. Instead she didn't bring me anything and made me call reception 4 different times and on top of all of that, she told the baggage staff to put our baggage in the dirty room and we didn't have access to it till we received the key. Last but not least, a small tip from me, I understand that this is a family friendly resort, but you can make

the property is gracious yet somewhat aged. I had a wonderful suit but the little thing such as the plumbing fixtures not working properly and the beach in the morning walking amongst trash was annoying. otherwise the quit location and staff we lovely

5 Star Hotel ? 🤔
Very good staff and a good service from staff. Very Comfy room. Notes for Management 1. 5 star hotel advertised a Mini bar - no mini bar, just an empty fridge. Not good for a 5 star hotel 2. No towels around the upper pool - poor show 3. Some Drinks offered on restaurant menu were not available. Again poor for a 5 star hotel. Suggestion - don't put items on the menu which are not available. As I said previously the working staff were brilliant but I think hotel management need to up their game.

More like a 4-star resort...
The location is great, but the beach is not a pretty sight. During low tide it is very shallow and practically unusable for swimming. And worst; it's full of garbage. The pools are ok, but generally not well maintained (tiles and tile joints looked dirty). Rooms are nice and clean, but the bed was not comfortable (too hard, that's a matter of opinion, of course). Food and drinks? Apart from the breakfast, not up to standard, and service is really slow. No, pop across the street to the Thai or Indian restaurants - much tastier and a lot cheaper.

Gorgeous beach hotel
Spent 4 lovely days at The Pullman and enjoyed every minute of it. Gorgeous beach hotel. Great breakfast with views over the ocean. The three swimming pools were perfect with plenty of sun beds for sunbathing. Staff were very friendly and served us well. Liked the FREE kayaking and paddle boat thought that was a nice touch.

The location is good and our rooms were very nice with a good view. In one of the rooms a pillow was dirty at check-in. The real problem is service. Staff is eager and willing but with no experience. They completely ruin your experience. Buffet dinner is a shocker with no food and long queue for the little there is.

We checked in around 4PM, when we got the room I was expecting the aircondition would be turned on, or at least the hostess should turn it on for us when sending us to the room. We noticed that we need to turn it on manually when it started to feel hot. T\Not to mention about the TV in our room which was distorted and unclear color. The service of recreational staffs could have been better, I felt not very guided and welcomed when attending the beach activities. However the room was spacious and clean. Pullman Arcadia Nai thon was much better.

Great getaway in Phuket
It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful resort. We were with a 4,5 months old baby and we had a good crib for the baby. Everyone working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Specially would like to highlight William who was all over the resort and was always checking on us if we are having a good time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for holidays.

Everything was great, including the staff, parking, wifi, 5-star breakfast. The staff was very helpful all the time, we asked for several times small things and they were always quick and keen to help. The pool was great, the view as well, but the Sea was not useful during low tide so we almost never could go in to swim, however in 10 min away there are great beaches.

Pullmann Panwa always amazing. Beautiful hotel, extreme friendly and supportive staff. I wish I had more time to enjoy the property itself. My 6 year old son was im love with the facility. We had an Ocean view room with balcony. We were delighted to just sit there and relax. Best part of the trip was the restaurants both Aqua and Tamarind were excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and always offer more and more food. Definitely will be back.

We've traveled as a family with 2 kids (14 yo, 23 yo). Overall we've enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern & clean, pillows are the best, very good air conditioning, spacious balconies with a great view. We enjoyed playing volleyball, and morning yoga. Hotel Staff is nice and polite, not many speak good English. We didn't like the nearby pier with big trade ships in our beach view. Beach is not impressive, water is not clear (probably everywhere in Phuket). Food in the hotel restaurants is overpriced especially breakfast (we were quoted around 800 baht per person). We ate at the TreeTop restaurant across from the hotel and the food was fantastic. Hotel taxi is overpriced as well, make deals with taxi across the street. If we come back we would book a hotel closer to Patong beach and Bangala road. We've really enjoyed all the live music there. Also Elephant sanctuaries are much closer if you stay near the Patong beach.

In a good and quiet location. Beautiful scenery. But...we were so disappointed by the staff at the Aqua breakfast lounge. Unless you’re caucasian (white) do not expect hospitality & smiles from the staff. Even the restaurant super is a white guy. As Asians and being wealthy, need not accept this kind of discrimination. There are many more resorts in Phuket we can afford. I despise this sort of thing and ashamed of the Asian mentality towards the whites.

LOUD BLARING MUSIC at this hotel. If you are a discerning guest who is used to traditional 5 star hotels AVOID this one. Maids are also noisier than most. Flooring of hotel tiles in public areas is tired and dull or not up to five star standard in my opinion. Bedroom was comfortable enough (although lacks wardrobe doors!) and spa facilities were good. Service overall was ok. It would be nice to have two bars of soap in the room because it is annoying having to ferry the one bar of soap backwards and forwards between shower and wash basin...not the usual five star hotel one expects, imho.

Location was great and secluded with lots of privacy. Service was average. Rooms were terrible as such: the main door handle was broken and not functioning properly, curtain handle was held in place with a made shift ring holder that kept falling out, bath tub plunger was broken and could not be used. When we paid extra for the sea view, we were utterly disappointed as our room view was blocked by another building and trees. We only had partial view of seaside. Overall I would say Pullman should step up their game as this one experience Is enough to tell the standard of the hospitality and facilities Ryan

Private beach was nice and the resort itself is ascetically pleasing. The food was ok but not exceptional for the price. Unfortunately we had several complaints that were not remedied during our stay or at check out. Each time we approached staff with our primary issue (we booked the most expensive suite for the view - only to have a window so dirty every morning and evening the dew would cause it to completely fog over obscuring our view), we were simply dismissed with weak excuses and “oh so sorry s”. This was most dis-satisfactory and insulting. Other complaints housekeeping very late every day - most days close to 5pm. Several times we were back in the room - this is awkward and unplesant. Housekeeping did not take away dirty glasses with old milk for two days (we finally checked out they were still in the room) though they moved them during cleaning. Equipment that is available for use during high tide is old and in disrepair. Stand up paddle board was actually and old windsurfer with the sail removed!! Really no value for the expensie of this resort.

Comfortable and safe
Check in process was easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from the lobby area to the pool is quite beautiful. The hotel staff helped us exchange our cash to Thai Baht, they helped us quickly book a motor scooter, find the night market and overall make for a comfortable stay. We only spent one night here. Unfortunately we arrived at a time of low tides and were not able to swim at the beach but we did enjoy the pool.
