Brilliant hotel, with excellent facilities.

Excellent 4 star, with all facilities you need . The hotel is 2 minutes away from beach front, not really suitable for swimming, however seafood restaurants are excellent and food is varied and high quality. Expedia have amazing staff who are polite and very helpful. On the flight back I left my ipad on the plane, only for Expedia to call me the next day to let me know that the carrier, EVA had found it .! Now that's what I call honest and great service. Big thank you to Expedia and EVA!

What more could you want from a Hotel?

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Staff were outstanding and made our stay a memorable one Food! - I am hungry just thinking about it again Swimming pool - large and explorable
Cons: WiFi - (available) was very finicky - not enough signal in rooms
Location: Didn't need to or want to leave the Hotel but there is a Chemist, Bank (money exchange) and little shop right next door
Staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful (nothing was to difficult & English communication skills were more than adequate) Food was absolutely brilliant Pool & gardens are well maintained Room was fantastic and had an "amazing bath" (as described by the wife) Located near enough to a beach (but we are swimming pool people so we didn't go)

Dated feel but comfortable

Posted Jul 13, 2014
A local.friend.told.me that this resort was only 18-months old. I was flabbergasted. It looks and feels like a 15 year old complex. That is not to say it isn't a very good place to stay, just very surprising. My shower also was blocked for most of my stay, which made for a few swimming pool in the bathroom type moments. WiFi, also, is very patchy and I had to resort to using mobile hotspot if I wanted any kind of reliable service. Great for the price (off season) but I wouldn't pay any more. Also, strangest room configuration I've ever seen - you enter the room through the bathroom! Truly odd. 3.5/5

Very relaxing

Pros: The room and the pool and the friendly staff
Location: Very scenic location and shuttles to nearby beaches. Not a lot to do apart from that.
Rawaii is a very quiet place compared to Patong or karon. The pool is the centrepiece and is fantastic. We had a swim out room and spent a considerable time in it. Recommend this hotel highly. Would be great for a honeymoon.

Stunning hotel with very friendly staff

Posted May 3, 2014
Pros: The hotel is very modern, kept clean and has a lovely refreshing pool, the pool bar closes at 6 which is too early, should stay open until 8
Cons: The cleaners should make the beds nice everyday, not just your first day.. All fancy pillows and bed runner gets removed and never put back on nicely.
Location: Fine for adults as plenty of bars and restaurants, not much for children, close to the beach so you can easily hop onto a boat and go to the islands
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, will be returning next year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Rawai.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Pool area is relaxing and plenty of room.
Great location to Rawai Beach front, convenience store next door to hotel complex. Great restaurants in walking distance. To access swimming beaches there is a shuttle. Best to Rent a scooter thru hotel excursion desk rates fair and no handing over your passport then you can visit all the area has to offer. Loved our stay at hotel.

Nice Hotel but run down area outside property.

Pros: The Pools
Cons: More staff and Linens
Location: Try to stay at the Resort
This Hotel has a beautiful set of pools, 2 very large pools with long lap areas and a small pool at 1 end for kids with an artificial sand beach. On the cool side however. This is the beach you see in the photos. The resort is not on a beach. The housekeeping staff is overwhelmed and work late in the day , as it appears the towels etc need to be laundered before they are returned. There quality is quite poor with the beach towels showing bleach stains, and thread bare often. Although a 2 $ tip improved quality! The bed is very hard. They are quite friendly and polite. Make sure you are at breakfast before 9 if you like variety. Once you leave the resort to go to the beach across a very busy road things go down hill. The sidewalks are obstructed along most of the way. the beach was dirty and people were seen relieving themselves in the sand. There were numerous tour boats all along. The area is very run down with few patrons in the beach restaurants. They were expensive and poor quality in most cases. In the last few days we found the Coconut sports bar to be the exception with cheap beer and great food, though the menu was limited. If you want the beautiful beaches Thailand is famous for, they are on islands hours away by bus and boat. Not quite the exotic beach vacation we were looking for.
