Hi Tracy, Thanks for the honest comment. the street sometimes can be noisy but around 12-1 at night most of the places around start to close and then it's pretty quiet. i cannot agree more with your 5 star statement. it is pretty hard to make changes ad improvements in high season but soon in the low season, improvements will come for sure Thanks and hope to see you again!

Hi, Since you chose to comment anonymously I cannot relate specifically to your comment. all i can say is 1 week ago we had 2 leaked air-conditioner's, we fix both of them at the same day almost at midnight. day after we clean all the system inside so the same problem wont comeback again. you say we didn't listed that we charge deposit for key. you are right. we fixed this now. you also say that the room is outdated. did we listed that the rooms are up to date? or have a brand new furniture's? we always answer to e-mails at the same day. i am not sure which email you used but we didn't got any.

Dear Elmira. Your comment is really unfair!! After you checked in, u said that the air-con doesn’t work. i come to check and saw that you didn't even put the key in the electric place so you didn’t even had electricity in the room. After that you said that the air-con works fine! So now it didn't work? i just check the room now and even ask the guests in the room. There is no problem at all with the air-con. Maybe u didn’t use it correctly? Why not to ask us? Why not to let us a chance to check and to fix if there is a problem? Same with the shower. the hot water works perfect! Maybe u didn’t turn on the hot water? Again, why not to ask? Before you make reservation, you saw the pictures of the room, did you got anything different then the pictures? You didn’t see that the shower and the toilet in the same room without separation? Why to complain about something you already knew and saw when u makes the reservation? We always ask out guests to tell us if they need anything. Why to tell us everything ok and then to give us a bad rate? What is the point of that? I really hope that other costumers won’t read your comment. No one in the other comments complaint about smell, cold water, air-con etc... It is easier to ask for help then to make a bad name without a REAL reason. Anyway, wish you a good day.

Hi, I tried to translate your comment but i couldn't understand what you said, except that you couldn't use the internet. we had a few problems with the internet company(low quality internet) so we change to a different and better one. that cause the internet to be unstable for 2-3 days.

Hi olli, it is really hard to translate your comment properly, so i will answer for what i do understand. we clean the rooms everyday if you put the clean room sign on the door or ask us at the reception. if the room not clean enough for any reason you need to let us know so we can check it ad make it better. i am not sure what you said about the deposit, but if you have the vaoucher we gave you to get the deposit back there is no reason to have any problem. if you lost it, that might be a problem. anyway we stop to take deposit. hope to see you again and we will make sure to make you feel better. just talk ad share with us while you there.
