Great staff and a nice hotel

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: not expensive but all the basic things you need in a hotel is already there.especially the location of it.
Cons: i think some of the paints are already old. and there should be some more offerings for the breakfast buffet selection. although it is already good.
Location: Location of the hotel is great. close to everything (beaches, shopping mall, restaurants etc)
Everything is good. Close to everything. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Food is good, though it need some more choices.

Satisfying 5 days trip!

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Location near and reachable to the beach, shopping, restaurant, entertainment etc
Cons: 1) Rotation of variance breakfast meal - buffet menu! 2) Provide floor-mat dust/sand before entering the room, 3) Or rooms provided w/guest slippers
Location: Swimming, shopping and massage at Patong beach, Shopping and dinning at Extra C shopping mall and entertainment at Bangla road.
Had great time with my wife and we rented a jeep and discovering part of the island. Went for parasailing at the Patong beach. Had a day island tour and hoping 4 island, decent buffet lunch provided on board and served with lot of local fruits. Great experience of canoeing and swimming at Phang Nga Bay and Long island.

Good central location.

Posted May 16, 2014
Pros: The air conditioning and the central location.
Cons: Repair tiling round the pool.
Location: Jung Ceylon shopping centre and Bangla Road just a short walk. Dino park, Simon & Simon Caberet a short taxi/tuktuk ride.
Nice swimming pool, shame you were not allowed to use it after 7pm. Beds comfortable and rooms were reasonably well noise proofed. Hotel starting to show its age and in need of a lick of paint and refurbishing.

Worst Hotel Ever.

Posted Apr 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is by far the worst hotel/area I have ever been to. Upon arriving, my first stop was the pool, and it was full of old people with their "weekend girlfriends". These people are child aged and its sickening to see this in person. One day the cable went out and I was told "oh, go next door and get 2 women, you have big bed". The front desk had told me to get a "girlfriend". The room was so dirty, and the bed was stained that I slept fully clothed above the sheets. The walls are paper thin, and I had to listen to rented girlfriends all night for a week. The area around the airport is the worst I have ever been to as well. It's a 1 star hotel in the middle of a third world country and it shows.

Poor...............

Posted Mar 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
If you are looking for a luxury stay in resort & wanted to spent more of your time in resort then stay away from viridian. Staff are Rude, very old furniture in rooms, small swiming pool , leakage in Ac in our room 4205 & Flush is not working.....One more thing if you loose or damage even the empty lotion & shampoo bottle you hv to bear cost of 1800 bhat for per bottle, So fearing that i even didnt touch the bottles.Location is good, Near Bangla Road, Patong Beach , Hardrock Cafe & Indian food option.
