When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days.

This hotel is located on one end of Patong Beach, away from all the noise and traffic. Many good eating places around. Checking in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was good standard fare. The room was good size and standard decor. The only complain would be that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.Maybe it is getting old now.

Good stay
good stay - very close to the beach, small walk from Bangla road! Beds were very comfortable and good tv channel selection! Staff were friendly too!

The beautician massuer next door was the highlight of the property the bonus. The chef cooking pork was very sad. From my point of view to ask a muslim to touch pork is disgusting and then to ask him to cook it and make it delicious is obscene and impossible. Bar staff impeccable and impossible to fault. Central family hotel to stay and definitely past its " best before date " hardest beds ive had the misfortune to sleep on. Shabby linen as in holey and thin. Water dripped from air conditioner onto 2nd bed.No microwave. Scourer is needed to.clean inside of hot water jug!!

A bit far from the main area of Patong, but I love the hospitality from the front desk. Very nice services and a lovely pool on the rooftop.

Additional bed was so uncomfortable and looked like those from prisons in the movies. Customer service needs huge improvement since it was horrible - all of the employees were rude and unfriendly!

This hotel is not what is described in the web page. The pictures are truly glorified editions and totally misleading. We arrived at the hotel and even during the check in process, it kind of hit me that this is not going to work at all. Once we got into our room, we were absolutely convinced this is something which will not work for sure: the bathroom shower had no curtain and it was dirty; we saw bugs in the floor; the curtain was filled with dust. This would truly been a health hazard and a total disaster to our vacation. We immediately went downstairs and explained our situation but was informed that unfortunately they cannot do anything as it was booked via Expedia. As a reactive approach, we booked another hotel. Since we were in international territory and in a non-metropolitan area, we determined that the safest approach would be to check in to a hotel where we would feel safe/secure and actually enjoy our stay.

Nice location, friendly staff, only dislike the smoking Russian guests right at the entrance. But I suppose there’s no out door smoking ban in Phuket and nothing can be done.

thwere was terrible night for no power in the night for 4~5 hours in the strong rain. it was extreamly hot in the room without airconditioner. During thet time with opening the window to the outside , there were many insects came in the room.

Nice hotel, great fin
Pleasant surprise to find this hotel right in the heart of things but set back from the road so that the was no traffic noise. Very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants, with a great rooftop area to watch the sunset over the water.

Poorly run but close to beach.
The Hotel is well located and quite for being so close to the beach however.....we booked a room that was to have a King bed with a fold out couch. We got a king bed with a dirty fold out cot. The water went from scolding hot to freezing cold no matter what you did. There was ants everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and over priced. The massage lady was great and the roof top had a great view. The staff was nice enough but with all the wrongs they never even asked how our stay was cause they likely know what the response would be. There are much nicer places for the same money in similar areas.

You get what you pay for. The hotel wasn't as advertised. The common areas were really dirty, and it kinda seemed like the hotel was under construction.. the pool area was very dirty and almost all sunbeds was broken.. when we arrived, the hotel staff wasn't able to find our booking and was barely able to speak English.. our room wasn't cleaned properly either.. we were glad that we only stayed there for 2 nights..

Nice hotel close to the Patong Beach.
This property is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Modern yet affordable, 7Q Resident is located in the heart of Patong, just 2 minutes' walk from Patong Beach. Aside from an infinity pool, it also has free Wi-Fi and parking. 7Q Resident is a 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. Jungceylon Shopping Centre and nightlife options at Soi Bangla are a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

First off the staff was awesome. i liked that. the res of the hotel wasnt pleasant. the wifi spotty, the locks were really wierd for the hotel, the view on front and back wasnt good at all. so if you need a place to crash good place. want confort, not the place.

Right down the quiet part of patong beach. Good area for family or couple like we are that wanna be 30mim walk away from the craziness. 3min to beach (if u like sea lice) Nice hotel. Clean. Staff ok, not very welcoming and didnt really speak english unfortunately. Restaurant was under reno so no pool bar or room service which was really disappointing.

The photos must have been when built as all that is the same is the colouring. The bed was awful, the shower was glued up , the sliding door barely locked and the pool deck was dangerous. I still have bruises on my leg a week later from where I fell through the pool deck (sober), because the boards we falling apart. I found out other guests also fell through in different areas.

We waited for 20 minutes to check in because the one guy on reception worked so slowly. finally got our room and the air con was making loud noises. went to ask someone to come and look at is as there are signs saying that if you don't ask to change rooms within 20 mins you will be charged 500baht to switch rooms. no one came to our room, after about half an hour we gave up and went to the beach. One redeeming feature of the hotel is the location, 5 mins walk from the north end of patong beach. We discovered loads of bids in our bathroom and the shower was terrible, constantly going hot then cold. Luckily we had only booked one night and we managed to find somewhere else for the next night. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are just staying for a night or two and can put up with the shortcomings.

You know you hear how a picture tell a thousand words ,well the pictures of this place tell a million words but unfortunately the reality is far from the promise. Yes ,its all there but from the entrance (down a dirty alley) to the view from the room (a rubbish dump) its all smoke and mirrors ,if you were paying maybe 600 to 700 b then you could excuse the run down condition but we paid 1,500 b ,which was fairly big money in that market ,so if you want a place low on facilities and not that clean but close to the beach and town then go for it ,just dont pay more than backpacker rates

Nice hotel just a few steeps away from the beach
Nice choose! Great location, nice hotel design with all the amenities you may need. Also there is a swimming pool on the roof top with a nice view of the Patong Beach.

The pool and restaurant certainly doesn't match the photos online. If you are after a budget hotel though it is a good choice, clean and in a safe area. Definitely don't bother with breakfast (250 baht if not included) and don't expect to be able to order anything from the restaurant as it's only open for breakfast until 11am. Staff's

Great value overall hotel
The hotel has a great 360 view of patong with a swimming pool on the roof top.. Staff were great and even helped me talk in Thai language if needed.. Location is near helpful shops eg 2 grocery stores, laundry, nice restraunts, and most of all about 50-100 metres to the beach.. Not far at all..

The lift wasn't working when we arrived.The breakfast was very average and the water supply on 5 different occasions stopped, making the flushing of the toilet impossible.The air con in one room was not working at its best.

I can't believe this hotel was given 3 stars. That seems generous. The location is "close" to Patong Beach, if you think 25-min walk is close. Expect to pay ~200 baht tuk-tuk fare to go back-and-forth to Patong Beach and Bangla St. I arrived around 9 pm after 8 hours of traveling. I was greeted nicely enough and offered a refreshing beverage. I asked about food (who isn't hungry after such a long journey?!) and was told to "just go outside and turn right or turn left." Most hotels explain the neighborhood and amenities, but here I had no help. The sink is outside the bathroom. Liquid soap was provided in the shower, but there was no hand soap at the sink. To wash hands or face, you had to go to the shower to get liquid soap and come back out to the sink. The safe in the room is archaic. I kept having issues unlocking it and had to call the front desk to open it. I could tell they were irritated. I have travelled all over the world and used safes in all kinds of hotels. This was the first time I struggled with a safe. I felt the staff were being condescending to me every time they arrived to open the safe. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever return here.

Fantastic service
On the day I arrived, I was very impressed with the towels that were folded as an elephant shape. It was not the first time I have seen these, but with a small hotel like 7Q, their staffs have actually put in their efforts to greet their incoming guests. Staffs at the front desk are very helpful too. Computers in the lobby are free for registered guest, I was very happy very time I went to use the computer, as soon as I came, the staff would quickly turn on the air condition, light...One thing needs to improve is that, the bathroom should have more rails for towels..I WILL definitely come back for my next stay.
