“Relaxing and comfortable”

The hotel was a wonderful experience - we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, and the staff was still very courteous, polite, attentive in getting us settled into our luxurous room. The decor and feel of the rooms were so clean and relaxing. The hilltop views were amazing, private and quiet compared to the more touristy parts of Thailand.

“Great stay at Ayara”

My husband and I went to Phuket for a long Easter weekend to unwind at the beach. I honestly don't have enough good words to say about this hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to suit any taste. The staff were gracious and attentive to our every need. There is a buggy service to take you up and down the steep hill to the beach - never did we even wait two minutes for them to arrive after we phoned. Every suite has its own jacuzzi on the balcony. Surin beach is peaceful and uncrowded with many lovely places to dine. Thumbs up all around.

The suite was big and comfortable. The outdoor tub was a very romantic feature of the room. The staff was friendly and service was excellent.

“Excellent Option on Phuket”

The rooms are beautiful, quiet and quite comfortable. Surin Beach, down the hill from the hotel, is a quick 1-2 minute shuttle ride away. The beach is simply stunning. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. The insanity, crowds and noise of Bangla Beach are far enough away - 20 minutes by cab. If you want to go you can, but you can certainly avoid it. Downsides: service is well meaning but a bit slow and the internet access can be sketchy. There are quite a lot of stairs between the lobby and the rooms, so if handicapped access is an issue for you this hotel is not a good option. Bottom line: we highly recommend if you are looking for a tranquil spot to unwind.

“Outstanding Service”

I have traveled to many countries, but this was my first time to Phuket, Thailand. I was amazed at the quality of service we received at Ayara Hilltops. Our room was cleaned more than once a day, and the concierge and wait staff were so friendly and so helpful! Surin beach is quiet and peaceful and there were buggy rides ( 2 minute rides) from the hotel there and back at our whim. The views from the hilltops are gorgeous. I highly recommend this resort.

“Would definitely go back”

The pictures on the website portrayed what you see in person. If you like what you see on the website you will enjoy this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. surrounding area not great but we did like it better then the patong area. Patong as good to visit for a day (easy enough to get to by taxi) but the area was much too busy for our relaxing type of holiday.

“a beautiful retreat with great value”

My husband and I loved our stay at Ayara. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with good variety and quality of food. The pool's waters are perfect. The service is impeccable. The staff all knows you by name and are constantly keeping one step ahead of your needs. We stayed in a jamjuree suite which was spacious with a beautiful HUGE bathroom area and outdoor shower. The value is incredible - the room service is delicious and affordable by american standards, and you really feel like you're getting ritz quality for much less price. surin beach (as most beaches in phuket) is overcrowded and overdeveloped, but you'll want to retreat in the hotel most of the time. there are great restaurants all around surin (recommend Silk in plaza surin) and you can head up to patong for shopping and dining for a short 15 minute ride. we would definitely stay at ayara again. the grounds are peaceful, well maintained, and just beautiful.

“Beautiful”

The treetops was the perfect place for a secluded vacay location. the private villas were amazing, really clean and aesthetically decorated. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for couples.

This was not only a beautiful hotel, with wonderful rooms and decor (I am very picky), but it also had amazing views. The restuarant was great, and the staff is the most wonderful I've ever experienced in a hotel. They really went head over heals to accomodate us, and they were genuinely warm and friendly. You will love your stay here.. (I left me close in a drawer in my room by accident, and they had them delivered to my hotel in Chiang Mai the next business day, which is no easy task in Thailand - they are wonderful!!)

“Nicest resort ive been in”

This resort was so nice. We had the top suite with a view of the ocean and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Service was top notch. They came morning and night to clean an arrange our room for the day and night. Food was great and cheap. Will definitely like to go back.
