Over all very enjoyable stay reception staff excellent bedroom a bit lacking in drawer space , the bed is formed on a static base with really sharp corners which both myself and my wife walked into several times resulting in a nasty cut for myself.The breakfast lacked a bit of imagination same fruit every day and the egg station very disappointing, eggs pre cooked and then rewarmed if you were lucky never cooked properly on the griddle , better off frying the eggs fresh like other properties we have stayed in we would probably use again if in the area as it is in a very good location for most things in Kata .

This a wonderful hotel. It's peaceful & relaxed. All staff members go above & beyond to make sure you're happy. I most certainly plan to return the next time we visit Thailand. Thank you for making our stay so idyllic.

It's a resort with great rooms, great amenities - two outdoor pools, gym - friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is abundant and diverse. Its location is great, Kata beach is just around the corner, and Kata Noi is also only a maximum 20-minute walk. There are lots great restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

The property was lovely, just the right size not too big. My room was massive with a well layed out design. Everything tou could need including two 2pools too chose from. Walking distance to 3 beaches. Great experience

Staff was very nice but that is the only good thing. You are charged 2000 bath as a deposit for a room, but everything in that room is old and outdated also this was the only place in Thailand to request a deposit in our case (we stayed in Bangkok and Krabi). Breakfast was just ok nothing special, same options everyday. Also would like to mention lift smells very bad. Overall we were not satisfied with this hotel and its facilities.

Transportation facilities are poor in Kata Beach. May be it is for off season that's why. I am not sure. Chanalai people are very friendly. If you have no problem to stay in near Kata Beach I recommend everyone to stay this hotel.

Decent place to stay
Pros: Excellent Customer Service, clean hotel. Cons: Location is not great it is right in the middle of the street 5 min walk to the beach, food and drinks were awful and overpriced. I would stay at another place next time.

This property was well located near Patong but in a quieter part of town near Kata beach. We rented a scooter and was able to easily drive to Big Buddha and the Temple. The staff were very helpful in assisting us and even gave us welcome drinks on reception and arranged cabs for us. The room was decent. We didn’t use the pool but there was of families with young children. The breakfast was good - had a fair amount of options, both local and western options. We didn’t have dinner there so cannot comment on that. Overall, a good stay in Thailand.

Loved the swimming pools, breakfast. All the main/shared areas were great! Unfortunately our rooms did not look like the pictures, looked much older/plain. Washrooms made me feel a little uneasy to be in, kind of dirty/rusty.

The property and pool was amazing and the view of big Buddha was a bonus. We had no reservation so we had to wait a while for the room to be clean during slow season so that was a bit annoying but everything was fantastic.

Location and swimming pools. Room was average. Dark and noisy and we didn't have one good night sleep. They think a king bed is joining two singles. Very uncomfortable and sheets and bedspread too short. Very disappointing!

Good location, close to the beach, shops close by, good places to eat close by, breakfast buffet had good range of food English and Thai. Rooms ok, no sofa, some views very obstructed but overall good. If you’re not spending much time in the hotel this is perfect. Bath and shower room, everything provided.

The service at Chanalai Flora was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options as well for an additional fee. The room didn’t look as nice as the photos and there was a slight dank smell but overall we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to explore the surrounding area much but it looked like there was a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

This is the second time we've been here. My wife and I came back for our second year anniversary and what a perfect choice it was. The staff were absolutely attentive and very helpful. They went out of their way to see to our needs. Every morning at breakfast they would check on us and ask if we needed anything and this was always done with a genuine smile. I have to thank the bar staff and reception personnel for seeing to all our requests. I have to give a special mention to Kimberley, so lovely and very warm. Wish I had gotten all the names of the staff. Every single one of them greeted us with a warm smile and happy demeanour. Such a special holiday, will definitely return.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. The staff are extremely nice. A special shout out to Jim for being a wonderful host and always smiling. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere that isn’t too far from the centre of Kata then this may be for you. The facilities are great with 2 pools, a gym and a reading room as well as a restaurant. We booked a deal including breakfast but it is only 200 baht each for the buffet.

The property was very clean and kept. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure every need was met. Stayed for over two weeks and breakfast was redundant but always fresh. The resort is in the heart of the village and close to everything and a two minute walk to Kata beach. Kid friendly. Two swimming pools.

We would to thank Jek and Melissa in the front office desk who were so helpful. In general most of the staff are very friendly. Also, the managers of the front office and restaurant. We have concern we raised and they acted promptly. The food in the restaurant could be better. The amenities inside the room was not enough.
