Nice Hotel, Great LocationPosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The Location, The Staff, The Atmosphere and the Hotel Layout.
Cons: The Hotel policy on Guests, as I did book and paid for 2 people including breakfast but was told that if I had someone stay over, I had to pay extra.
Location: Beach is oppersite the Hotel, Night life is 200 meters away (Bangla Road). Shopping is all around the area.
Had a good holiday, nice and relaxing. The Hotel (Patong Beach Hotel) is in a great location and convienant to all requirements. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is good to have a complete week hassle free. Many thanks too all.

In the heart of Patong but still very private.Posted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: I liked that this hotel was in the heart of Patong, only one street away from Bangla Road, but still very peaceful and secluded.
Cons: Breakfast should be included in cost of hotel stay.
I had a great stay at Patong Beach hotel, the staff were very lovely and helpful. I had surgery done in Phuket and found that Patong Beach Hotel was a great place to recover!

The best location, but lots of hidden charges!!!Posted Nov 27, 2013
Pros: The location
Cons: Charges for visitors are outrageous!
Location: patong beach right across the road with lots of watersports etc.
We arrived at night already tired after a long flight from Australia and the first thing they tell us is "If you bring girl back at night 1500 THB" before any sort of welcome or anything! Unbelievable!!! Stayed in a twin room, beds were together so may have been a double, not ideal for two males sharing. Beds were very firm, but rooms were clean. Fridge stocked with seriously over priced drinks, just take them out and fill with your own from the supermarket just across the road in the Banana walk. Lots of noise at night from the near by nightclubs as well as fireworks every hour on Patong Beach. Location was unreal we never had to get a taxi or tuk tuk once! Booked an extra night and the hotel staff lost the booking after we had already paid when in Australia. Took over an hour to sort out. Very unprofessional! We had no breakfast included in our room but our friends did at the same price per night!! We ate at the local Irish bar most nights, great food but again poor service.

comfy hotel, great locationPosted Nov 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
the hotel room is spacious and comfortable, big king bed, clean and big bathroom. booked two nights stay in Superior room, the room is attached with balcony, pool view. location is perfect, the beach is just cross the road, and the most crazy bangla street is just less than 5 mins walk, able to find tour booking anywhere around the hotel. The only thing would make the hotel better choice is to provide free wifi to customer. Would consider to stay again in this hotel.

Great location. Close to beach and night lifePosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Location, Clean, Great Service
Cons: Offer Internet for free and charge less for guests.
Location: Great Location. No complains
If you are going for patong beach, night life you should pick this hotel. Great for family though due to having two pools and convenient to walk everywhere with the kids.

Stay somewhere else-nickeled and dimedPosted Sep 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
First, there was no elevator to get up a few floors with luggage, which was not desirable. The room needed to have a room key in the electrical slot to get air conditioning and lights so every time you leave the room, the A/C goes off and it takes 3 hours to cool the room again. The room was pretty and clean. No resort such as this should have a high charge for wifi! I paid 170 baht for one hour. Unreal! Next, if you lose your key card, they charge 300 baht for a replacement. I had to use their phone and was charged about 20 American dollars for one call. The fitness center was unbelievably bad. Many pieces of equipment not working and no A/C. Every night we heard fireworks and partying. This hotel attracts guests who want to stay out all night and most of them don't have the smarts to walk quietly in a 4 or 6 am. I liked the pools and the dinner restaurants but the charge for breakfast was 600 baht and dinners were half of that.Unless you want to party and don't need internet and won't lose your key (I didn't) Don't stay here. They are terribly overpriced for Phukett.
