Great hotel
Fabulous hotel, very spacious room with hot tub on the balcony. We loved the separate toilet & shower. Clean towels everyday and maid service. Breakfast was included which was a bonus as we paid very little money for a 12 night stay. Only downfall was the rock hard bed, could do with a good thick topper. But in whole fantastic stay, great staff and would recommend to anyone wanting a cheap hotel within minutes walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

3rd and last stay here.
3rd and last stay. Cold shower, bad tv receptiom, raised the issue, weather was to blame, next day weather perfect - same issue. No wifi in room during whole stay, stopped asking about it after realised they weren't going to do anything about it, breakfast no eggs cooked to order anymore. Gone down hill fast since February. Also got 1 days use out of body wash dispenser on wall, no toiletres offered or refilled. After room finally serviced on first morning had to track down housekeeping as they did not leave ANY toilet paper. Did not even replace the empty roll on the toilet paper holder.

Nice resort with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Fon Jaleewan and Naphatsanan for making our checking in and out so smoothly and efficiently! Room is spacious and clean. Location is excellent; near the beach and shopping everywhere. I will be back again :)

Nice close to all facilities including the beach
Very friendly staff atmosphere . The facilities are opened for long for the hotel we have paid it's enough (, the pool .,GYM ) we like the breakfast time period , going at the beach doing the daily walking and jogging shower and breakfast ,fresh fruits General so relaxing very good sea food and others types as well . the shopping , the bargaining , see hard working young and old people the coconut water unbottled but direct from the it's shell, the mangos all fruits just from the tree to the mouth,, The near by beaches like Kata beach,, calm one the cost of staying cheap of course for Australian , tours good, but taking to some shops for visit more bring customers to that shop for some point collection for petrol or commission , it's good for them but takes time and creates unplanned monies spending with temptation . A lot to see beautiful scenery and vegetation . Will go again .

Most of the staff were friendly. I did not like handing over a refundable deposit for the room. The parking was secure . The pool area was very nice. The restaurant was superb . Overall I was happy :-))

Nice hotel in a good location.
Hotel is good and in a good location. Close to good bars and restaurants and close to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. We decided to stay longer in Patong and we were happy to extend our stay in this hotel.

Visited this hotel 7/8 years ago and loved it. However, there is now a restaurant that is new and plays music so loud until midnight, that it penetrated the room even with the doors and windows closed. It was literally right next door and if you had children I can not imagine they would be able to sleep. We love the party atmosphere of Phuket, but sometimes when you want quiet time the noise from next door was too much. They even played the music during the day full blast. This is no fault of the hotel, but will unfortunately stop us from returning. The pool area has been changed to now have volleyball nets etc, however, although having steps in to the pool there is no hand rail and there is a need for this particularly for people with disabilities. I have a back problem and could not get in/out without the help of my husband and after one attempt decided not to try again. The staff are amazing and go that extra step to help out with anything and are always ready with a bright smile. The room lady was happy and always left our room sparkling clean. The kitchen/restaurant staff were brilliant and happily prepared various types of eggs for breakfast always with a ready smile. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and always willing to help. There is a sign saying no music round the pool, however this was ignored and we left once because of this, and on a second occasion told the people playing music that there was a sign up. Suggest someone walks round and checks this.

It has ups and downs
Let me start with the negatives Toilet was blocked (told them 3 times and they didnt fix it) thankfully we had family interconnecting room so used the other toilet The shower leaked and flooded the floor everytime someone showered When we first arrived the linen on the bed had 3 cigarette burn holes and bunch of stains. They changed the sheets but the new ones were also all stained There is a building site next door and they work on it 24 hours a day POSITIVES Good location walking distance to everything Good pool for the kids Aircon worked great

Great little hotel, very central to everything. Staff was amazing and always easy to deal with. The restaurant is good as well. Would definitely stay again, not fancy but when your in Phuket it's everything you'll need

Great little place.

I'd rather sleeping in the streets
Awful. room I stayed in had no mirrors, wifi not working, kids noise playing at the pool and playing football while kicking the ball right in your balcony door. It is a 1 star place, one of the worst places I've seen. embarrassed to even think about booking this place. I couldn't stay there for more than 10 min, I just took my stuff and left.

This is about the 4th time we have stayed here and we will stay here again. The location is excellent. The quality of the restaurant food is very good,but we miss the buffet breakfast. Booking online is the way to go.We were very happy with the deal we got. Internet and wi-fi can be a little slow at times,but it,s ok. Onsite parking is very limited. Overall ,a pleasant stay again. All staff were very helpful and courteous.Thank you!

It was a bad experiance for me during my stay at the hotel it wasent clean at all and they didnt have room service to clean the room daily and the staff werent very good with the custemers and didnt really care about them and treated us bad. I dont recomend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are very friendly and happy, rooms are clean and functional, some of the common areas need tidying up. I was in room 2604 and got caught by the elevator in that building regularly it has a mind of its own! be very careful! The in room internet that you have to pay extra for is very unreliable and very frustrating!!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and we were disappointed with everything. - unfriendly staff - no wifi in the room, only in lobby (describsion says wifi included) they turn off the wifi as they wish. - they only clean rooms every second day. There are no "do not disturb tag" so the cleaning lady knocks every second morning and walks into your room. - they told us their two bottle of water in the room was complimentary. We drank the water and threw away the bottles. While checking out they told us to pay for the bottles, they said "I only said the water was free, not the bottles" - rooms do not look like in the pictures. One of the worst hotels to stay in. Only positive is that it's near to Bangla and to patong beach
