Pleasant Stay- Need ImprovementPosted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: The room was clean and well kept.
Cons: The staff can be a bit more helpful and approachable (welcome and greet guests with smiles).
Location: About a block away from the hotel, you can make either a left or right turn and you'll enter into small shopping stores as well as outdoor stalls.
The location was a bit far from the airport and from most of the attractions, but we were okay with that idea. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They only provide one toilet paper though. Once we ran out we never got a replacement. I thought the facility was pleasant. The staff may need a little more training. The first night we arrived, we didn't get a greeting other than a blank stare. Whenever we asked to use to the phone to make a quick phone call we had to pay 20 baht. The other younger staff were friendly but were a tab clueless at times- nevertheless, they tried to be helpful. I don't know if I'll stay there again given the location and staff assistance. It was expensive to make phone calls and get help with arranging a taxi.

I have booked the cheapest room for 2 nights (no window), but because they were fully booked, we have been upgraded to a studio at no extra charge. Big windows, large room, very clean, big fridge. This place is very secure, close to 2 main bus stations. Easy to use the local bus to go to Phuket beach and airport.

Good for the convenience.Posted Jan 15, 2014
I stayed at this hotel alone as I was having surgery at PIAC, in a studio room which had a beautiful bay window overlooking the street out front. The room was quite large and accommodating and the air conditioner worked a treat for those warm nights. Having a supermarket downstairs, 3 resturants and a souvenir shops downstairs It was nice after having my surgery not to have to travel far to do things. The only downside was the shower wasn't all that pleasant and bed was very firm. I believe this hotel is great if you are a singleton travellor and you want to explore the hustle and bustle of Phuket Town.

A happy return two years laterPosted Nov 9, 2013
Cons: Softer mattress..needs a cushion top
Location: Great Thai food place in complex..cheap clean excellent..caters for locals and foreign tastes, phuket town weekend market, close to market and buses
Stayed here in 2011 and returned for three weeks again. Fabulous location in Phuket Town away from madness of tourist towns and a third the price for food etc. But the towns like Patong Karon Katta only a 30 cent bus trip away and run every ten minutes if u want to see the tourist markets . Phuket town has a huge weekend market much cheaper than Patong. Hotel stayed in suite which is huge...no pool but the beach is not far away and cheap great local food and supermarket part of complex, plus gym, travel agent and smaller clothes souvenirs in complex. Room cleaned daily, has microwave some tableware..take a knife and bowls..modernish but really clean and spacious. Mattress is hard, very hard, but I have back issues and had no problems. Staff great. Onsite laundry service and room service. Will stay here again and again. No smoking or animals. Not a party hotel but good for all except families with small to middle children. Has lift and easy stairs. Wonderful oasis in a party area

Very close to Old TownPosted May 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The bed is just one foot off the floor. Need a chair. WiFi is free and works well. Shower door broken. Great value for the price. Good location. Hotel is used by at least one airline crew. Air conditioner unit needs to be stronger. TV works well and light switches conviently located.

Located in a nice area of old Phuket TownPosted Mar 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have stayed here before. The room I had this time was not as nice a some of the rooms in the past. I should have asked to see the room first. The service at the front desk has never been outstanding but the housekeepers have been great. The rooms don't have much of a view but the beds are pretty comfortable for Asia. The free wifi is pretty fast and there are a few English speaking channels on the television but I don't spend much time in the room. I stay here mainly for the location. I prefer the old town to the beaches. It is a lot more room than you would get for a comparable rate at any of the beaches and you can catch a bus to any beach a couple of blocks away. The old town has fewer tourists and a lot of small thai restaurants. I think this is a good choice for location and value.

Studio Room is large and bright!Posted Jan 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
After seeing pictures online, we chose the Studio Room, which is the one with the huge windowed breakfast nook. The room was huge and there was so much natural light! A giant, comfortable bed, too. I would call the room beautiful, except there were a few obvious blemishes like a white, peeling gash in the blue statement wall. Also, our view was of a tin roof and parking garage, instead of a street view. It turned out to be nice for privacy, but I recommend requesting a room with a street view.
Huge rooms and very cleanPosted Dec 19, 2012 on Hotels.com
Amazed when we walked into the door. Rather big living room with couch and tv, then a huge bedroom. Very nice and clean. Nice and friendly staff.
