Stay Away if you don't like bugs/cockroaches
Literally the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel environment. I came here for my honeymoon for a week-long stay. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly enough and I do not fault them individually for my bad experience. We walked into our 1 bedroom villa and it looked slightly rundown, not quite how the pictures looked. Clearly the pictures had been taking in a nicer villa or they had been taken several years ago. I woke up to my wife screaming at 4am because there was a cockroach that had crawled on her face. When I turned on the light there were 3 cockroaches in our bed in a couple others walking around our room. IT WAS AWFUL. We immediately started leaving the place and when I had started packing my suitcase there were 2 cockroaches inside of my bag. This place was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been sprayed. I know this is Phuket, Thailand but I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and I can say I've never seen a single cockroach in my room before. They were crawling around during the day, so clearly it wasn't a one time incident, it was an infestation. I approached the staff to let them know of the infestation and they said they would handle it. We left for the day and came back to the Villa and there was a single can of Roach spray on the table for us to spray. We decided again to leave and we let the staff know that we were leaving and that we would like a refund. They told me to contact expedia for a refund. Expedia said the hotel said no refunds were allowed.

Far location
The place is quite comfortable, with a huge bathroom. It is pretty good if you just plan to chill out at the villa itself. The place is pretty far from the usual attractions (Phuket Old Town, Naka Weekend Market, beaches). Though there is 2 rounds of shuttle services to the beach, the staff told us it is subjected to weather conditions - if it is going to be rainy, there will not be any shuttle services due to safety. Though I feel strongly this is our choice and they should still provide the shuttle service (because transport is extremely expensive), the staff was polite and helpful when we have any queries. All in all, if you are looking for a place to just chill and not looking to venture out much, this place is recommended.

Nice hotel close to the beach
The surrounding of the hotel is quiet n we can have full privacy in enjoying our holiday there! The staffs were nice n always helpful! They also provide free shuttle to the Layran Beach and the big supermarket, there you can have splendid lunch in different style of food, such as European, Korean or Japanese and more! We enjoyed to visit the Layran Beach on every morning by their free shuttle in our stay in this nice hotel! It's a good memory in stay in this hotel anyway!

Ideal haven! Private pool just heaven.
Bit older and worn than first thought from photos on website - but saying that, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again. Great location for quite motorbike rides and the beautiful Layan Beach 5 mins bike ride. Good WiFi and TV channels. Staff wonderful and happy to oblige with any requests. Breakfast very ordinary but still effort taken. This area would be the best part of the entire island of Phuket. Ended up coming back and stayed on Bang Tao Beach.

Nice romantic villa
Stayed at the villa with my boyfriend. Overall we had a nice time but sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate with staff. The villa is quite far from shops but we already knew when we booked. Car rental is definitely recommended. Our room has a leak. Water is coming out of the bedroom floor. Breakfast was nice. It was delivered at your villa in your preferred time. Overall it was a nice and romantic place to be with your partner or family.

Not worth it for us
Might be due to our villa's orientation (villa A), the pool was too cold to swim in so that was a big disappointment. There isn't anything much within walking distance and there are only 3 shuttle bus slots a day all between 10am - 12noon so you are pretty much confined to the villa unless you have transport.

Nice but I had to leave hotel one day earlier
I had to move to another hotel and leave the hotel cause the huge number of terrible insect inside the room terrifying us and my wife who never been familiar with this kind of insect spending the whole night moving around. No housekeeping at night shift to help and duty manager did nothing to help too.

Blows your mind!
Easy to find by car and gps, otherwise not and the sign is very small so it's easy to miss it. Amazing that you can park your car in your own villa. Cheapest price I have ever seen for a private villa, worth what you pay for. Very beautiful it blows your mind away, we wished it was our very own place. There is room service but the food is only Thai and Halal, I wish there were more options for foreigners. There is a kitchen with all sorts of cooking tools, like pans, cutting board and etc., The only inconvenience we had is the water, we were in a middle of a shower at night and the water had stopped running until the morning, luckily I had filled the tub a bit. We couldn't contact reception as they close at 9pm, not a good experience. Apart from that we had an awesome time and one day wish to have a house just like this, we will be back.

The villa is really beautiful. However, families with young toddlers have to be extra careful because the mini swimming pool is just right beside the bedrooms. Keep the balcony doors closed and locked at all times!

Nice Villa
Overall the villa is nice with spacious setting. The bathroom is so big with bath tub & showing room! The pool is a little bit small but I have no complaint on it. The open kitchen is fine with necessary cooking tools.

Brand new facility, which easily accommodated our family of 4. Unfortunately, it is not near anything and the "taxi/transportation" fees in Phuket are quite pricey. The staff will cook a meal for you if you order in advanced. So, it's a great getaway for a couple looking for some privacy, but not an ideal location for a family looking to try new restaurants, shop, and explore.

This hotel is VERY difficult to find. You can't walk anywhere from it, but if you have a rental car (and you will need a very small one, as the alley it is down isn't wide enough for a large car) it wouldn't be that bad.

Great romantic getaway from the crazy patong crowd
My wife and myself took up this pool villa firstly because of it's affordable price and also due to it's secluded location. We wanted somewhere quiet and private which this villa totally delivered. Upon arrival, the staff introduced each room to us and handed a mobile phone for us to contact the reception or our own use. Pool was well maintained and room service was available everyday such that we got a bit embarressed with the mess we created in the kitchen! Yes, there's a kitchen for you to cook up a meal if you don't fancy the street food. There is a security post at the entrance of the villa so it's pretty safe for you to drive and park your car there. We rented a car which was a good choice since the villa is about 11km away from Patong or Phuket Town. Would advice anyone who wants to stay in this villa to get your own transport.. though the villa also provides shuttle services but there's only 2 timings. Highly recommend this place!

We only managed an overnight stop over but loved every minute of it, the service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. Great place to stay for some peace and quiet away from the crowds and heat. Loved the pool and couldn't wait to get into it.

The hotel is nice!Everything fine in the hotel,receptionist was very helpful.Because we can't speak Thai at all,so I did asked help from receptionist about call taxi to town area.The location of the hotel very hard to find.So if u wan to enjoy this nice hotel and have fun in town area like us,then u have to ask receptionist to help u translate hotel address to Thai.they have no taxi meter to call.only local taxi.I spent 1400 to town area round way on first day.second day I used to bargain so it's 1200 round way.Breakfast was very fusion to us!Everything was fine,just the location is quite not convenient.If u just wan to have fun in town area,consider other hotel.if not only taxi fees will cost u a lot.:)

Pleasant Stay
The Seastone Pool Villas was a very pleasant stay. You do need to be orgainsed though as there is not a lot of information regarding tours, restaurants or nearby supermarkets and the staff although lovely and very friendly did not speak or understand English well. The other thing is there is not really a reception to wait in and you have to check out at 12.00, if your flight is a late one you need to make plans. We arrived at 1.30am due to delays with our flight, there was a lady to welcome us with cold towels, fruit and a drink which was really nice. Our villa was very clean, however some furniture was marked and needs updating, this could be because our particular villa appeared to be up for sale. The breakfast was great, and quite large. The staff also packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early one morning. They supply a phone to call taxis or recpetion if you need them as there is not one in the villa. The pool and garden area where just fabulous.

INCREDIBLE ROOM, POOL, SERVICE - ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY! QUIET LOCATION BUT THERE IS A GREAT LITTLE RESTAURANT A 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY CALLED SOMETHING LIKE BAN YONG, IT WAS GREAT! Wonderful private villa
This was a wonderful retreat with excellent accommodations and superb service. I was made to feel very welcome and special by all the staff. The private pool was an indulgent luxury. All food that was ordered was delivered precisely on time, at the correct temperature, and with a smile. I loved this place! If I had to fault it for anything, it would be that you have to take the hotel's (complimentary) shuttle bus to reach the beach, or any other places of interest.

When you book one of these villa's you need to hire a car!! There is realy nothing just one restaurant (nothing special and just tourist food) and expensive supermarket at 3-4 km. Layan beach is in very bad condition and there is nothing realy nothing. First "nice" beach at 20 minutes at least. The beds are hard and the sheets won't be changed after 7 nights!!! The hotel shuttle service?? There is no service.. This is no **** star complex but more like ** and the price comparing the quality is way overweight.

其實整體唔差不過始終太過隔涉如冇揸車而電單車又唔識揸嘅唔建議入住 不過酒店內所有員工都好好笑容好協助包括check in嘅時候我英文不太好 員工會攞手機翻譯同我講中文 這是值得一讚 仲有就係villa入面嘅早午晚餐我覺得我係欣賞嘅 有啲驚喜嘅係因為佢哋嘅價錢絕對係叫做大眾化 而且啲食物煮得好好食即叫即煮嘅 跟住就會送入嚟你villa熱辣辣當你兩個人喺度咁樣食嘅時候都幾浪漫嘅 我哋下次都會再嚟多一次 再次多謝員工嘅幫忙多謝你哋嘅協助我係呢幾日玩得好開心多謝

Romantic stay
It is a very private pool house, nice for 2 people to stay short time, very clean house nice small pool and a grate staff. Good restaurant close to the house, European and Thai restaurant. It is possible to cooking in the house.
