You get what you paid forPosted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: The class of the hotel and wonderful staff
Cons: Nothing at all
Location: The town and shopping are bit far away but all necessary things are available inside the area
Most prestige hotel/villa in phuket. It is bit expensive but you get what you paid for a lot of comp services.

Fantastic hotelPosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Staff service and rooms
Cons: The music loop in the restaurant and bar
Location: Right on a peninsula and a little out of the main town, but this is why it is exclusive (and safe!)
This is an outstanding hotel, with exceptional service. The rooms are excellent, with our room having a wrap around infinity pool, outdoor sheltered seating area looking out to sea, a two person whirlpool bath outdoors, Bose sound system inside and out and a room that allowed you uninterrupted sea views from the bed. Though the hotel is on some steep slopes, there are tuk tuks to ferry you around 24/7 on call, whether that be to and from meals, the spa, or the enjoyable Baba Nest at the peak, giving you evening drinks overlooking water on three sides as the sun sets. The food meets its high end clientele's expectations, with Thai, European, Japanese and Korean food all served to a high standard by excellent chefs. The spa is very good, with infinity pools of its own, a floating yoga deck and staff that know what they are doing! Don't let size fool you, these women know how to put pressure on your back! The standard of service across the whole resort is outstanding, and it really was a home from home. They knew our name and room in no time and greeted us for meals and were happy to talk to us. The general manager, Oliver, was extremely helpful, friendly and superbly professional, knowing of any issue we had as soon as it cropped up. He's an impressive guy at an impressive resort. If you want a relaxing break and can afford this price point, this hotel really delivers.

“Magical Paradise...!” Most Romantic Holidays!!!Posted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
“Serene luxury in the lap of nature” Apart from the culture, Sri panawa would definitely be a main reason for us to visit phuket again. It was way beyond what we had thought it would be. We had booked for an ocean view private pool villa. We can say it had the most beautiful view, and set up. There was a spectacular view from every corner of the villa, right from the veranda to the pool, to the rooms, even from the bathroom, the view was awesome. The room was very spacious and the seaview was stunning. Room amenities were great - unlimited minibar, Nespresso machine, ipod dock, etc. Nong Bow, our villa assistant, was outstandingly warm and helpful. All the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly person, has many stories to share about the local culture and happenings (do take his handy advises). One of the main advantages - privacy. If you are staying at one of the beautiful villas, nothing and no one will bother you and do not detract from an amazing stay Cooked breakfasts were ordered by filling in a form, which seemed like a good idea. The bar Baba Nest is a must to watch sunset. Luckily, we found out about the bar from a website and made an early booking via email. No words can explain the calmness and serenity! A must try! A brilliant holiday in an exquisite environment.
