“Very Good!”

On our checkout day, our flight was midnight departure. So we went on a tour to John Gray's Starlight Canoe. Hotel provided a changing room for us to change and take shower before we head for the airport. It was very nice.

“true 5 star facilities and service”

stayed at the sheraton laguna first 10 days in october, with my husband and 4 year old son,even though we had 4 days of rain that could not dampen our experience of the hotel or the area itself. facilities are second to none,staff are at your disposal 24/7, I commented to my husband I felt I was getting a taste of what it must feel like to be a celebrity,bucket of ice in room every evening, a phone call asking what time I would like to have my room serviced,again a call after we booked a trip to fantasia show through hotel to ask if we enjoyed. food is excellent,especially albatross bar in laguna village,almost on a par with european prices,but the quality second to none. so much to do in this hotel for children and adults alike, I would highly reccomend for a family or romantic break on equal levels,they have got the balance just right,ok the only negative observation is the hallways leading to the rooms are in need of a lick of paint, but how much time do you spend there..when you enter the rooms it is a totaly different story. this hotel really does what it says on the tin!

“Excellent resort - planning a return visit.”

The Sheraton Laguna Phuket is a wonderful resort to visit. The staff were friendly, well trained, helpful and very attentive to any need. The facility is first class with a great pool and the beach a few steps away. It offers a variety of dining options on site and an excellent shuttle service to Phuket or Patong Beach. The Lagoon Villas are spacious and private and you feel like you are in your own condo away from everything.

Our room was two floors above a restaurant and right between the beach and the pools-great location looking over a lagoon. Staff was extremely pleasant. Loved watching the elephants in the ocean.

“Great hotel but pity about the restaurant prices”

We stayed for a 3 day short break and the hotel was very quiet (underbooked). The hotel is in a superb setting, and the design, architecture and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. An ideal place for relaxing, but isolated from "real" Thailand. Big downside are prices of the food and drink - extortionate. We used the adjacent beach restaurants at 1/3 price and serving excellent Thai food.

“Perfect for Family”

The pool here is amazing. It goes on forever. There are 4 main pools that are all connected with waterways. The temperature was perfect and it had a lot of parts that are shallow for smaller kids. Although there are no lifeguards on duty, it was great for our son. They also have a couple of resident juvenile elephants that come out to greet guests twice a day. They are super sweet and gentle. You can pet them, and even ride them. It was an amazing experience. The beach was right there, although the waves were huge because we went during monsoon season. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome with everything you could imagine. Worth the money. Highly recommend going to the restaurant "Green Leaf" on the beach. It isn't run by the hotel, but the food is fantastic, and you sit next to the ocean.

I love this hotel and am so glad I chose it to end my vacation in Phuket. I was upgraded to a better room without even asking and it was the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The service everywhere was amazing and the food was wonderful as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I will definitely return!

Closest place to paradise. This is a gorgeous resort, where you can find the perfect balance between Mother Nature and a stunning cozy hotel. Aside from a beautiful surrounding, the service was excellent and the kindness of the staff and people was much appreciated. I had a great time with my family, and each and every one of them can't wait to go back again to this great resort.

This hotel is soooo fantastic!! The hotel connects 5 hotels in one giant lagoon which is one of the most serene sights you will ever see. The pictures u see do it complete justice but the hotel rooms shown in the pics are those of suites. Request for a room that opens to the pool.. its mind blowing!
