“Nice hotel by the beach”

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend to others and would stay here again if I returned to Patong Beach.

Had a very good stay at BanThai! Awesome service, facilities and condition for a hotel. Price was also very reasonable. Location... what more can you ask for? The beach is just across a road, there is Starbucks right outside the hotel, a Watson's convenience stall (don't bother bringing your toiletries, you can get them all here if you do not want resort toiletries. Note: Resort does not provide shaving blade. They do provide everything else), MacDonalds, Burger King and its definitely walkable to Bangla Rd. If you need a taxi or tut tut, there will be queues at the main road. Resort has 3 beautiful swmming pools with free deck chairs (the ones at the beach has a usage fee). There are security guards posted at the main entrance and at the foot of every hotel block! Basically, this is a 4 star hotel right in the middle of patong beach, near all the action, minus the noise. Hope they don't raise their rates when I go back...

“Very happy with Hotel....”

Overall, very happy with Hotel. Location is very central and though this was handy, became a little annoying as when you step out of hotel on to the street, very busy all the time. Outside of that, very impressed and satisfied.

Perfect! Quite expensive but you get what you pay for and it was paradise! The staff were very helpful and the rooms and pools were lovely!

beautiful hotel/resort. great location - across the road from patong beach and in the heart of many restaurants, shops and night life. close to kata beach only 15 minutes with a tuk tuk. friendly and helpful staff. room was clean and comfortable overall 100% lovely holiday

excellent hotel with spacious air con rooms and helpfull staff with beach a short walk accross the road. plenty of places to eat nearby and nitelife of bangli road a 5 minute walk.

I was very impressed with the entire experience here at the hotel. We got there about an hour and a half early, but we wanted to see if we could check in early. They greeted us warmly, and we were directed to a nice air conditioned room to wait in while they took care of paperwork. they brought us a very tasty drink and cold towels (very nice with the 100% humidity and heat here). they acted politely and professionally the entire stay. they took us to our room, and made sure we were satisfied before simply leaving us. the room we got was well worth the money; a king size bed (a bit firm but not so much i didn't like it), fresh flowers on the pillows, a balcony with chairs and more fresh flowers, and complimentary fruit. the bathroom was very nice as well, and the lighting was indirect (nice for the eyes after being in the sun all day). it wasn't as easy to find as we would have liked, but we found it easily enough with the starbuck's and port restaurant out on the street. it was a beautiful hotel with all we wanted and more. well worth the money we paid. if we come back to phuket we will stay here again, no question!

Just few stepes to the beach the nightlife,very clean ,the staff very nice .the swiming pool too big very nice for relaxing .I like it too much.

“Great location in the heart of Patong.”

Great hotel and in a great location to experience the craziness that is Parong! Check in was smooth, with welcome drink and cool towels. We were upgraded to a suite, and if I was to book this hotel again I would either book this room or pool access. Pool access is handy because it can be very hot when out walking around the shops etc and it's nice to come back to your room and get straight in the pool. Our room was very large and had a great lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. 4 complementary bottles of water per day and the in room minbar was the cheapest of the 3 hotels we stayed in on Phuket. A bottle of water from the minibar 10 baht and a beer about 45 baht (almost not worth walking to the seven 11 for supplies). The hotel has 3 nice pools each with their own swim up bar. Port restaurant also offers good value food. We ate there and used the 3 hotel bars frequently. We also booked airport transfer through the hotel (I emailed in advance to arrange pick up), this was all very esy and cost 950 bht
