“Quiet, quaint, quiet delightful”

Absolutley lovely. Out of the way, secluded feel but only 10 mins walk from beach. Owners have tried to make it feel homely and succeeded. Small but lovely garden with double jacuzzi seterated by bridge and waterfall, fabulous roof top terrace and pool which is lined with covered, seated bays inside and outside the pool. Very quiet, sea view and surrounded by forested hills. Staff friendly, helpful, unobtrusive. Meals good quality, reasonable price, fresh. Decore and rooms have a mediterranean feel, windy corridoors, lots of plants, pebbled walls, terracotta and coloured tiles, not shiney, sterile marble. Good job. It's whatever rocks your boat, ours nearly capsized.

“Will definately go back”

I will definately go back to this hotel. The staff and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was nice and a nice variety of items. It you like nature, this hotel is excellent as it is a short walking distance from Karon beach and near the mountains.

“Wonderful place to stay in!”

Rooms were clean, no odd smells. TV had a great selection (if you want to want TV in a foreign land, haha!) Wifi connection was great. Rooftop pool fantastic. Restaurant serves good food. Staff helpful. 7 minute walk to beach manageable. Definitely will be returning again!

“Worth every penny”

Helpful Staff. They do bombard you with discount offers in the hotel when you check in but by no means offensive. Hotel is situated about 10 mins walk from main town and beach but is a safe walk even late at night. Nice decor/character and rooms are clean with excellent facilities. The pool area is fantastic, lovely view and generally didn't get bothered by the odd towel hogger! Free internet near reception is always handy. Never actually used the restaurant. Nice massage facilities with staff very keen for your business but they are good. You do pay more than the town parlours but if you want guaranteed hygiene then this place is good. Usually give you 20 - 25% discount anyway. Overlly, staff are friendly and helpful so all in all a good 7 night stay there.

“What a great find...best boutique hotel in Phuket!”

I chose Pacific Club Resort based on the many good reviews in TripAdvisor and since I travel extensively for my work and normally stay only in 5 star hotels was a little worried when I saw the so reviews posted here on Expedia. But having traveled to Thailand 4 times in the last 15 years we decided to try something different and it seemed that Pacific Club is a one of a kind boutique from the reviews and website information. When we arrived we found that the welcome was warm and our room was excellent. All the amenities of a 4-5 star hotel are there even though it is a relatively small hotel and for very reasonable prices. We loved the roof-top pool with spectacular views. During our stay they were spraying the rooms for insects which did not bother us. We walked from Pacific Club to the beach and town several times and found it to be good exercise and not too a walk, and a great trade off for the amazing views to be had in every corner at Pacific Club. The staff were exceptionally friendly and managed to take care of all our requests without any problems. Although not really 5 star, Pacific Club is surely a great boutique hotel and top value for money for people who are looking for a beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings which is not a normal run of the mill cookie cutter hotel.

“A truly beautiful hotel!”

We've just spent 4 nights at the Pacific Club at the north end of Karon beach and were very very impressed with the hotel. It is beautifully designed, with spacious comfortable rooms, excellent food and a friendly atmosphere. Highlights include the roof-top pool and sun-bathing area, and the plunge pool / jacuzzi / sauna in a tranquil courtyard. We would definitely go back and would stay for longer next time.

“Very lovely hotel”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pacific Club. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too far. Also it was close to restaurants and shopping. I loved the included daily breakfast - best eggs florintine! Would definietly stay here again.

“Great hotel by Thailand standards!”

We really enjoyed our visit with this hotel! Although it was not perfect, the grounds were well kept, the noise was not a problem (even though we had the room next to the spa and there was construction nearby). The area seemed quite safe and pleasant - not a lot of hustle and bustle. The staff was very polite and most spoke enough English to understand what we were asking for. The restaurant food is great, and has lots of western food choices. The rooftop pool is the best. The rooms were very clean and had good air conditioners. Also nice considering the awful humidity in Thailand! I think that we could not have chosen a better hotel. The only problems we had were a semi-dark bathroom and a key card that didn't open the door on the first few tries. Also, the walk to the beach is too long if the weather is really warm.

“Nice place to stay”

A nice, quite hotel with great rooms and excellent service as you would expect. A beautiful pool on the 5th floor overlooking the hills and the coast line with nice privacy, though some appartments are being build in front. Very friendly people working there ..and I would certainly consider comming back again next time I'm in Phuket
