“honeymoon getaway”

this hotel was amazing. the staff are warm and welcoming without being pushy. strictly european guests, mostly German. Very family oriented. Beach in Khao Lak is not crystal blue but the views and scenery are unique at this hotel. We were extremely pleased with the villa suite which is by far the best value there.

“stayed 3 weeks in July 2008”

Reality matches photographs on Hotel Website; Green season meant the hotel was very quiet - at most 1/3 capacity. Don't be put off by "green season" weather - yes there were a few days of heavy rain and wind but plenty of sun too. Ocean rarely calm enough for extensive swimming this time of year. However, there is a large Pool - approx 25m and in excellent condition. Thai food in Hotel excellent. Plenty of restaurants outside the complex - again all good thai food and extremely good value. Very very quiet and relaxing. Staff excellent; Do the day trips sold at front desk - especially for Phi Phi islands where snorkeling is terrific.

“Aangenaam verrast”

Na de avondvlucht te hebben genomen vanuit Bangkok naar Phuket werden we buiten opgewacht door het personeel van het Ramada resort. 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (7jaar) met alle bagage in de autobus (praktisch nieuw, luxe stoelen, voldoende ruimte). na 1 uur kwamen bij het hotel in het donker aan en wat voor een hotel: mooi design en de rust en ruimte stralen er vanaf. In totaal 7 nachten aldaar gelogeerd, uitstekende service (in de restaurants, bij de balie, enz.) altijd behulpzaam. Kamer voor 3 volwassenen met 2 queensize bedden, prima te doen, luxe badkamer, mooie LCD-tv met genoeg buitenlandse zenders om op de hoogte te blijven. Enige aantekeningspunt: kleine fitness ruimte (1 treadmill, 1 ellipitcal, 1 zitfiets, wat dumbells en 1 multifunctioneel apparaat)
