O hotel e bem localizado! Camas muito confortáveis. O hotel e um pouco antigo mas bem limpo e confortável. Supriu todas as minhas necessidades. Três vezes nesse hotel e eu recomendo. Perto do melhor shopping da cidade (Rio Poty) e farmácia pertinho. Recomendadíssimo. Ótimo café da manhã e excelente serviço de restaurante e de quarto. 👍👍👍

We had a very nice experience at the Blue Tree- the pool and bar area were a great place to hang out, and the breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable, and clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with several things. They were renovating, so the entrance was a little hard to find for some of our uber drivers, but that will be resolved soon. The only thing I didn't like was the darkness on the floors before you stepped off the elevators, I know it was to preserve energy, but it felt like they were abandoned floors, and a little creepy. (The lights came on once you stepped off- but it was dark when the elevators opened.) But it was a nice stay- and we would definitely stay there again. Thank

I expected more from a Blue Tree Hotel
The hotel is well located but the room is not so good. There is a smell of cigarettes when you turn on the air conditioner and the mattress is not really comfortable. Breakfast is good and service is also good. Staff is really friendly.

It is an "alright" hotel. Not well kept though.
We happened to be "lucky" enough to stay there when they had some sort of Cosmetics Industry Event going on in their conference room. The event was SUPER loud. There is apparently no sound insulation, it traveled all the way up to our room on the highest floor. Kids could not sleep until the thing was over, around 11pm or so. Bathrooms were not updated. (unless we were the "lucky ones" to get the one room not updated...) Pics on the website show better facilities than the reality. Staff was super friendly, but it is hard to make up for not so great facilities... If we go back to Teresina, we´ll probably give their competitor a try instead.

Nice hotel, central location
Generally, it's a good hotel. Comfortable, nice staff, rooms and facilities in good conditions. For a couple of days the hotel was full, and everything was fine, the pool was clean, the waterfall (part of the pool's filtering system) was on, clean towels were available on the pool without request. Suddenly it became half-empty, and the common services were "downgraded": the breakfast was moved to a worse location, the pool was not clean, waterfall was off despite our requests, etc.

Nice hotel, but not helping staff
This is a really nice hotel. One of the best you can find in Teresina. Just be aware that you can have issues with the staff on the front desk, eventually. If you have luck and get the more experienced ones first, no problem at all.

As other reviewers have remarked, overall fixtures are old. The bathroom especially deserves a renovation. The bed was comfortable and the AC wasn't noisy. Breakfast was better than I expected.

Gostei da localização, a estrutura do local silencioso e ventilado. Limpeza e café da manhã bom. Não gostei dos moveis muito antigos e alguns danificados. Restaurante parece focar mais no luxo. É preciso focar mais na necessidade de pessoas que tem dificuldade pra se alimentar. O espaço atende a necessidade de descanso e lazer.

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel e gosto muito. Infelizmente não entendi a diminuição constante de variedade do café da manhã nos últimos meses. Na hospedagem atual não tivemos ovos mexidos servidos em nenhum dos dias que fiquei hospedado. Piscina maravilhosa como sempre e ótimo atendimento de sempre.

Precisa de uma reforma urgente
Hotel bem antigo, carrega o nome Blue tree, mas precisa de várias melhorias. Me colocaram em dois quartos velhos, piso acabado, armário com vestígio de cupim, cheirando mofo, ar condicionado cheio de sujeira. Tenho alergia e pedi para me mudarem. Me colocaram em um andar superior, quarto um pouco mais moderno, mas o ar pingou a noite toda, banheiro cheirando mal, porta do banheiro antiga (esqueceram de reformar também). Café da manhã ok. Piscina ok, não fica serviço de piscina presencial.

É ótimo!
Quarto amplo, novo e muito confortável. Tem uma vista agradável para o Rio Poti, Parque Potycabana e Teresina Shopping. Equipe muito prestativa e educada. Café da manhã razoável, tem omelete e tapioca feitos na hora; achei o cuscuz e a massa de alguns bolos ressecados; a variedade de sucos e salgados poderia ser maior. O sistema de serviço online apresentou falha (solicitei alguns itens do restaurante e depois soube que o registro não foi recebido lá, sendo necessário repetir os pedidos por telefone). A propósito, seria interessante disponibilizar o QR Code do serviço nas mesas e balcão do bar da piscina para agilizar o atendimento.

Ótimo para famílias grandes
Retornamos ao Rio Poty após algum tempo. Os quartos são ótimos e enormes (éramos em 1 casal e 2 adolescentes). O hotel passou por uma reforma recente e está em excelentes condições. O café da manhã é excelente, com grande diversidade de opções. Agora, tivemos 2 pequenos problemas: a água quente não estava funcionando nos 2 dias em que estivemos no hotel (para Teresina, não chega a ser um grande problema); também tivemos que solicitar 4x por uma manta, para que essa nos fosse disponibilizada. No mais, tudo dentro do que se espera de um hotel desse padrão.
