“An enjoyable week in Pierre South Dakota”

This facility is located on the main drag in Pierre. The rooms are comfortable with chairs you enjoy sitting in. The staff is kind, courteous and friendly. The breakfast room is well laid out and have a good variety of breakfast goodies. Staff is quick to respond and demonstrate a strong desire to be of service to their guests. We will go back to this facility when we return to Pierre, South Dakota

“great hotel”

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As I checked in they had soup and sandwhiches for nothing. The room was clean and would stay there again

The room was large and had an outside entrance. The shower curtain didn't fit quite right and there was some leakage. The room had a microwave and small fridge. Not a luxury hotel, but the price was right.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The facility is starting to show its age. The workout equipment was in poor repair and the pool area could use some attention. The morning continental breakfast is a plus for a family traveling. We would stay there again.

Pool area was dirty with standing water...daughter slipped and hit her head, beds were lacking, TV reception was poor, room seemed crowded with furniture. The complimentary iced tea and cookies were nice. The breakfast was also good. Front desk help was kind and helpful.---Overall, the property felt outdated and a little run down. Not was I was anticipating for price paid.

“Steam Room”

The hotel room was extremely hot when we arrived on a 90+ degree day. We slept in the room that night as was, but notified the staff that the room was very warm and uncomrfortable. It took 3 phone calls before someone finally came to check it out and let us move to another room at 11 pm at night. Bad rooms, even worse customer service.
