Room was fine. Loud air system at the room stayed in and night desk service attendant was rude and u welcoming and encouraged not to stay there once asked her reason for being rude so I will not be staying here again

nice stay with a 2&4 y/o. unfortunately the pool was very very cold even though it was indoors. the price was good for our trip to gatlinburg and it was nice to be able to walk to get a meal. breakfast at the hotel was very underwhelming. staff was friendly. pretty balconies and river.
