I had to switch rooms 3 times the first time I couldn't get in my room because the key thing had to be charged, the second room the faucet handle was broken off, the third room the refrigerator didn't close and the had a strong odor. I had asked for a room I had before which was ok just no towels. They need an upgrade and better cleaning service or cleaning people

Was locked out of my room for 2 hours because, the key car in which, was giving to me stopped working. The master key didn't work either. I had to wait in my car until the machine charged up. For them to reactivate. Poor place. A couple was also arguing very loud. I was afraid i couldn't get into the room. This place is dangerous no security insite.

Gave it two stars because the gal behind the desk did her best. We were charged an extra 40 dollars for the privilege of checking in early because there was a clean room available. The "clean" room reeked of cigarettes, the floor was dirty and sticky in the bathroom, the shower curtain had hairs and grime on it. There were cigarettes burn holes in our sheets and no blankets on the beds. Even after the first night there the smell was bad. Would not recommend

Everything going on at the motel. fighting and young crowd partying all night. I reserved a king got there . I had to argue that the room They gave me was dirty and not a king. They change my room to a king but mice where in there. They wouldn’t change my room again though so I changed my stay from 4 night stay to 1 night and got outta there

This property was grossly dirty with visible mold in the dresser drwawers and cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. Smell was horrible and no towels were in the room/bathroom.

The rooms need to be updated. The room I had was okay. No wash rags were provided for my room. The heater unit did not work properly initially. I had to keep turning the heat up and down for the heat to actually kick on. But when the heat kicked on it stayed on. I was a little concerned about past reviews about roaches. So, I bought a big container of "Home Defense" bug spray and bed bug spray. I sprayed the whole room I was in from top to bottom. I did not see any roaches or bugs, but I did not chance it. Maybe because it just snowed, and it was cold outside. But other than that, not bad for the price.

The rooms are very old with stains, holes in the walls, horrible, dark decor. Not enough lighting, electricity or chairs. Everything looks damaged or stained. Analog t.v. only and limited internet. Toilets and sinks clogged. Ugly and depressing. Office staff friendly and helpful. Repairs took a long time.

Absolute horror!!! It was reserved for my girl and she had to be moved 3 times before she felt "ok" I called Hotels.com who called the Ramada and they refused to comp her with half the money back for the inconvenience. The lamp has no prong plug on it. Heat not working in 20-degree weather and a blanket was brought to the room personally by their staff with blood stains.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Outlet in bathroom didnt work. No trash can. No hangers. Safe broken. Didn't clean room until after I left. AC didn't work. Called multiple times but service was poor. Drunks and parties woke me up.

I thought I was staying in a 90’s motel. They were stains and holes in the linens. (Bed sheets and pillow cases) Dirty door and walls. No closet, bad lighting, dirty draws, ironing board and iron stores in the corner of the bathroom. No towels or wash clothes in the room. Fridge and microwave placed on top of the dresser. Staff was not present when I arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to return. Everything at this property needs to be upgraded. Terrible.

When I first entered, the man behind the desk was napping, so I woke him up. It was about 11:50 pm. I asked how much for a room, he said :$90. I told him the internet said $72. He claimed the difference was taxes, yet he couldn't explain which taxes. I sat down, googled Expedia and got the room for around $71 (give or take), so that made me uncomfortable. The walk to my room was not well lit, so I was a bit nervous. Once I got to my room, I locked the door and pushed a table up to it. There were NO washcloths or towels in the room, as well as NO waste can. I turned the heat on because it was cold. The bedding was horrific. I believe the sheets were thicker than the blanket, and there wasn't a quilt or comforter. It was so cold that I slept with my clothes and jacket on. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. I went to checkout at around 7:45. I had to call out for someone, but the man who came out, said that he wasn't working. He mumbled something about she's coming. I said, I just want to turn in the room card, I'm paid up. The woman came out, I told her about my horrible experience, and she smiled and said sorry. The man did ask me what room I was in, but I'm not sure why because he already told me that he wasn't working. This was such a waste of money. I woukd have felt better if I had just tossed it into the public. They need to close this place down and redo! I feel like I should be credited SOMETHING, if not for the horrible experience alone!!!!

I reserved a double room. I got a room with a double bed, which I had to share with my sister. There was no heat in the room and no extra blankets. The mini fridge was plugged in but not cold. There were no hangers. The coffee maker was missing the lid where you pour water inside so, naturally, it was dusty in the water basin. I decided to not bother with the shower. If you want to leave a light on to find the bathroom at night, there is no way to not also leave on the light in the sink area outside of the bathroom because they are on the same switch. The light at the sink would shine right into the eyes of someone in the bed, so there was no option but to turn the light off. The noisy cleaning cart starts making the rounds around 8 am so you'd better be ready to get up then because you're not likely to get back to sleep. You've been warned.

My daughter and I decided to leave the room shortly after check-in. The room was deplorable. The walls were covered in mold, the sheets were filthy, the security latch on the door was broken, and every surface was soiled. It was unsafe and unsanitary, completely unacceptable. The better option was to leave just before midnight and drive to a different hotel hoping to get a room. I didn’t even bother going to the desk to complain. The proprietors cared so little about their product I’m sure complaining or asking for a refund would be waste of my breathe and precious time.

Staff was accommodating but they could not make up for the broken faucets, electrical outlets that did not work, phone that was broken, replaced by one that had an outside line but nowhere was I given the extension for the front desk. Security was not great, my security lock on my door was broken, but they fixed it for the second night. I had to call down each night for towels. dirty beyond belief, counters and tabletops were sticky/dirty. Ramada needs to condemn and rebuild or get their brand off this hotel immediately . Expedia, do not list this-bad deal.

The rooms had many areas of broken equipment...like the security latch to the door or the towel rack falling off the wall , or coffee machine which did not work and was not replaced when requested, and towels with holes in the time, and stained mattresses. Veneer was coming off of the bueaus. The Olive Branch Restaurant, shown on the listing, was closed and used as storage. The free breakfast was non-existent is a snack room with a broken lock and no vending machines. All in all very shabby.

The room was not very clean, there was mold in the bathroom, there were cockroaches, there were no bath towels, the wi fi didn’t work in the room, and there were only sheets on one bed - no comforter. When I book a Ramada Inn, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort and I was VERY disappointed and disgusted. I ended up staying a second night in the Baltimore area but booked a different chain hotel. Being a Wyndham member for many years, unfortunately I will probably only stay at your hotels in future as a last resort. W
