Very good

"The room was clean, modern and we had a balcony that we open it during the night for fresh air. In Italy they don’t have the air on all the times, specially winter and spring and the room can get stuffy. Luckily we could open the door from the balcony. Nice bathroom too. The area is okay, but very convenient if you arrive by train."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about 5 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from attractions. My room was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. I would have preferred lighter bed linen, than a quilt, but that is a personal presence. I also would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water given the cost of the hotel. I was disappointed that the bar was not opened as it was advertised as having one. Maybe it is open during the Summer. As a solo traveller, I like the option of having a quite drink at nighttime at a hotel. However, this is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying here again when I next visit Parma. "

A very pleasant option for Parma

"A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall. "
