Nice comfy bed and clean room. The place was very quiet and breakfast was ok, not great. Indoor pool and fitness room were closed, so might want to check on those if they matter to you. Friendly staff. Good value and I would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a motel with a pool and exercise room. Super 8 had that BUT both the pool and exercise room was out of service. Nothing was said during our booking. The morning breakfast was terrible to with sausage gravy BUT not biscuits, the powder eggs were not cooked good. The beds are hard as a rock with both my wife and I woke up with a sore back. Horrible stay. We would NOT recommend you stay there and find another place.

For $30 less, could have got same quality from Motel 6. They don't do refunds if there is a problem. Paper-thin walls, drug smells, unsafe instant breakfast nothing fresh. Stomping, can hear people through walls. Rooms may have trash from last occupants. Broken, dirty, or small noticeable problems with each room. They do not pay attention to detail. Have poor Ethics and Public Service ability. Coffee terrible in room and in break fast area. Can't trust hotels on area as they all talk ane prices for fluctuate as much as gas prices.

Cigarettes burns in sheets, was clean but not sure if could pass glove or black light test. Ground were dirty and unkempt. Service people real nice and helpful. Near casino but also near papermill that smells sometimes. Occasional homeless or transient. Sometimes weed smell. Stomping and loud at odd times. It's average for a Super 8. Not that good or bad.

The staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent for typical continental breakfast. And the staff was attentive to replenishing and keeping the area tidy. The bed was very comfortable & i liked having a mini frig. The hotel is old though and needs a lot of updates. The 2 things that were disappointments were the shower which was accessible/removable shower handle, but was not user friendly and the water pressure was way too high; and the dead bugs outside the entrance. That made me nervous to bring any snacks to the room but I didn’t see any bugs inside my room, which was a big relief.

The carpet in my room was dirty. It needs deep cleaning, and the bathroom floor needed mopping.

Enjoyed The Stay
Check in staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Room was very large and comfortable. Bed was very nice except it was on a metal box frame which banged when getting in/out on the edge. Breakfaat was hot, tasty and complete. Good hotel.

The second impression
Once again Super 8 has done it again. I'm so impressed with their hospitality. And Ms. Teresa was so great to me and my fiance. The cleaning staff was so sweet. I can't wait to go stay again. This hotel is wonderful and awesome. They'll definitely be seeing me again. Even if I'm staying one night.

Best time ever
This was our first time ever staying here. And I am quite impressed. The lady I don't know her name was very friendly and very sweet. The room was comfy, very clean, peaceful and nice. Their breakfast was delicious although I wished that they had bacon. Overall we enjoyed our time there. I called ahead and asked could I bring my crockpot and my air Fryer. I am definitely returning real soon.

Our stay was good, and the hot breakfast was fantastic. The only problem we had in the room was visable dust bunnies in the vents on the ac/heat unit. When we turned on the heat to take the chill off of the room, dust came out of the vents and the smell! Ugh! On going down the hall the next morning to the breakfast room , there was a heavy smell of skunk weed. Ugh! We only stayed the one night and would not stay there again due to the smells.

Predominant Marijuana smell
Horrible smell of marijuana throughout the entire hotel. I booked a king size bed, non smoking and they only had that on second floor with no elevator. So i was put in a 2 beds room downstairs. I was told the upstairs room would be smoking, and all downstairs was non smoking, but the room smelled horrible, like ashes. the nice lady moved us to another "superior" room, this one did not smell of cigarettes. my room was by the back door and that was being held open by a rock, i did not feel safe. For the first time in my life i slept with my gun on my nightstand and all my suite cases up against the door. I do not suggest anyone with kids staying there.

Dont go to Super 8 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas
Super 8 advertises a swimming pool and that is why I chose this location. Pool has been closed for 3 months, eventhough it states it is an available amenity on Hotel.coms site. They would not offer a refund...No apology offered... I will never chose them again.

The hotel grounds were not maintained The inside reflects lack of care! I booked through Hotel.Com When we arrived there was no elevator and with David on a walker it was impossible to stay and Hotel .Com nor the hotel refuses to give our money back

Your not saving money here.
Weeds in parking lot.. checked in after 10:00 pm was at a little window made you feel unsafe. There was a smell in the hall way and at the door when you walked in. So tired just went to bed. Breakfast is a packaged burrito you micro wave. Or a small muffin. Milk for cereal. Pool is out of order. Gym is used for storage. Holes cut in the celling in hallway with buckets underneath.

Older property that needs quite a bit of work. The interior and halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool was full and looked clean, but ws unavailable for use. The immediate area was a little sketchy. Breakfast was terrible. The options provided were minimal at best.

This property wasn’t good it had two buckets in the hallway to catch the water that was leaking because it had two holes in the hallway. Mattress near the exit door, the pool had a notice saying it’s down until further notice. That was a $115.00 a night. For that price it should have been better then that. And the Continental breakfast was cereal and a breakfast burrito.

They said the smoking room we had reserved was not available because the air conditioner was not working. They didn't have any smoking rooms. The nice lady at the front desk finally got us a room and was very accommodating.
