“Good, safe home base”

Needed a clean and safe home base for a visit with family. Didn't spend much time there but was comfortable returning in evening. Would stay there again.

“Unexpectedly nice hotel”

I stayed three nights in June and was very pleased at the hotel, overall. It was very clean and all equipment(A/C,micro-fridge,etc.) worked great in my room. I only wish this hotel was closer to the PB Convention Center. I highly recommend it!

“Nice Hotel, Near Pine Bluff, Quiet.”

My overall stay was good. It was very clean and great appearance inside & outside. Breakfast from 6am-9am was cereal, bagels, pastries, juice, milk, coffee, toaster, and a waffle iron to make your own waffles. There was outdated material in the hotel room regarding checkout time. The pamphlet in the room indicated check out was 12:00 pm and the front desk stated that check out was 11:00 am and they were aware that the material in the hotel room was outdated. Otherwise my stay was all good.

The service personnel was friendly and accomodating. The internet service connection was good. The Continental Breakfast was exceptional.

sink stopper broke in closed position ...few choices in continental breakfast..we went out for breakfast....will consider staying elsewhere next time.
