“Great Costa Brava experience on a budget.”

Stayed for a week on half board. Staff was very helpful.They moved us around & upgraded the room when available.This is a popular bus tour hotel; so rooms come available. The buffet was more than adequate for the price.Nothing to write home about; but substantial in quantity & quality. Great place for day trips along the cost.

“Outstanding service and location”

We loved the staff there; whenever we wanted to go anywhere or do anything, we would tell the staff the day before and they would arrange everything. They were outstanding! The hotel is in a great location, right near the local train station, which whisks you into Barcelona anytime you want to go there. As well, the hotel is on the beach, so you are a few steps away from the beautiful, turquoise blueness of the Mediterranean Sea 24-7. As well, the so-called included continental breakfast is actually an outstanding full breakfast, all-you-can-eat and drink buffet. It was great and we are recommending it to all of our friends!

“Better than average three star”

Stayed here for a week with my wife in this quiet resort.The beach which is gravelly but ideally situated across the road (via underpass)of the train line,which causes little disturbance.The hotel pool is a little small but the bar and entertainment were very good.The choice of food at the buffet was excellent and the staff were always helpful and efficient.The train station is 100yds away and is a hour into Barcelona

“no problems, just right”

weve just returned from a 5 night stay at the aqua hotel promenade. No problems at any level. Buffet was good as well as the evening entertainment. Going out for a coffee every morning was a pleasure too. The local train system was used a lot and payment for local journeys didnt seem to need any payment.

a nice hotel,very close to beach. we went with our 5year old grandaugher.She enjoyed the play area which is directly in front of the hotel on the beach. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant,only complaint was I found the mattress and pillows very hard!! I would definately recommend this hotel to people with young children.

“Would stay again”

The hotel is ideally placed directly opposite the beach. There was a good mix from all nations staying in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists all spoke good English and were very helpful. The room was a nice size and very clean. I stayed half board in the hotel, breakfast and dinner was excellent, with a wide selection of food available. The pool is quite small and is very cold as the sun didn’t really hit it until mid afternoon, but as the beach is only a minute away, it’s not a problem. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Low price, quite good quality, very clean, excellent food, no kettle in a room (so every time you want tea or coffee you have to go to the restaurant). The average age of people visiting the hotel is 50. Every night there are live show in a pub downstairs. Very close to the beach and a train station (2min walk), 1 hour to Barcelona.
