The staff were great and spoke very good English. Getting to parking was a little confusing. The bed was hard. Close to a shopping mall.

Very good but......
Room was bigger than expected, overall was excellent except the AC which only cooled the room when outside temp was higher then it started blowing warm air at night which was suffocating.

Amazing staff, very clean and accessible to the mall and transportation. I was very pleased with this hotel. I would total recommend all of my family and friends

Good hotel and decent price. Location not best
great hotel with convenient shopping centre within a few meters. Rooms were a good size and even had a lounge. Breakfast had a limited selection of hot food but overall quality was fine. Downside is that its a good 15min tricky walk to the train station which has bus connection to Warner Park. Taxi from hotel to park will cost €18 each way. Not much else to do in Pinto.

Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast and dinner was good at the hotel. Hotel Wi-Fi was a little unreliable and poor reception in my room, but that might have just been my room. Would stay there again.

Ok for stopover on way south
No issues, a modern hotel. Restaurant was disappointing. Next to a shopping mall and a few bars over the road. Located in a small suburb of Madrid. Would not want to stay more than one night.

Not impressed with this hotel at all
was not impressed with this hotel - free wifi signal was so weak unable to connect. In the room there are facilities for self service i.e. cooker fridge but no cultery, plates, pans etc we didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was again nothing special and I couldnt understand with this rating of hotel why there were no teaspoons for coffee etc only plastic sticks in the restaurant. There were no iron or iron boarding it was just a bare room and an expensive one at that

Fantastic Hotel
stayed here to facilitate our visit to Parque Warner. We stayed here in July 2013 and found it to be a great hotel, very clean, comfortable and excellent staff and 4 star luxury at a 1 star price, so decided to book again as it was in the perfect location to have easy access to the parque, it was just the same excellent standards we got last visit. and we will definately be staying there next time we visit Pinto

Even i dont get the 10% voucher, i still have to read a review, and please post it. It is actually a complaint. The hotel is miles away, but thats fine. The hotel itself is 4 star and got a living room in the room and a kitchen. The worst part was the service, the rooms smell really bad of cigarette. If i could post photo here, u would be able to see how dirty the room was, there was a lot of hairs and hairs from private area on the floor, AND IN THE BED, man! i find that out on the last day!.. On my last day, at around 10:30, the cleaner opened my door and i was in the shower, i was like! the check out time was 12. I could hear the cleaner outside talking to each other complainting, so not pofessional! And so rude! I would never stay there again and would NOT recommand anyone. to HOTELS.COM: please delete this hotel from your list, it just lets u down!

Excellent, spacious value-for-money 4 star hotel
Stayed at this hotel in Pinto for 1 night. The room is spacious and very comfortable. It also has a kitchenette. The bathrooms are amazing and it also had radio output. Highly recommended for a stay. It is very affordable. I also changed from three nights to one night and the stay were flexible to accomodate. The room WiFi and breakfast could have been better. But overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

Perfect Place To Stay On The Way
This is a very modern and beautifully equipped hotel. The town of Pinto is small and sleepy but it was the perfect place for use to stop for the night between Bordeaux, FR and Granada, ES. I'm sure it was because we were there during the off season but the prices were excellent and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great as well.

Nos alojamos en la suite de 3 habitaciones. Súper espaciosa y cómoda para alojarnos una familia de 6 personas. Bien equipada. No obstante le hace falta una puesta a punto general. Se nota que las habitaciones llevan. ya unos cuantos años sin revisión profundas. Zona tranquila con un centro comercial al lado con restauración, tiendas, cine. Fácil aparcar en los alrededores y buen acceso desde la A4. Ideal si vas de paso o quieres ir a Madrid y no te importa desplazarte un poco.
