Great apartments with everything you need if you are staying a while (restaurant, ATM, parking, air, kitchen, pools and laundry). Only bummer is that WIFI only works in common areas, not in rooms.

Very clean and new property, daily maintained. Wi fi signal was all around the outside areas, not in rooms, which is very good idea!

Don't stay here.
The hotel is called a BEACH hotel but it is at least 5 km from the beach. That is false advertizing. The bedding and furniture smelled of mildew (mold). The restaurant was 'out' of many things, only croissants and coffee for breakfast.

The staff was excellent !!!
The Staff was EXCELLENT. Leonardo went out of his way to help us in any way he could. The entire reception staff was SUPER in helping us in so many ways, especially when I needed a medical Doctor. They called, made an appointment for me and explained my health problem, gave address directions and were truly concerned. Many, Many thanks. Our only disappointment was NO WIFI in our apartment, which meant we always had to go out to a common area.

Ottimo ambiente, personale gentile e cortese. Se posso dare un consiglio, nell'appartamento avrei preferito un po' più di illuminazione, magari lampade più potenti gestite da un variatore per regolare la luminosità in base alle necessità.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questa struttura. Siamo stati bene. Buono il ristorante e a prezzi onesti. La pulizia della camera era sufficiente. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al Golfo di Baratti. Vicino, raggiungibile anche a piedi, farmacia, minimarket (a prezzi onesti davvero), pizzeria.

Struttura molto ben organizzata, adatta per lunghi soggiorni, ampi spazi comuni e piscina olimpionica (difficile da trovare altrove). Personale gentile e professionale. Ristorante di categoria adeguata alla struttura.

1. Alles gut bis auf WLAN, WLAN-Verbindung katastrophal schlecht, schaltet alle 3-5 Min. ab. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert für Gäste, die verlässliche Verbindung mit Heimat / Arbeitgeber haben müssen. 2. Moskitos beim Schlafen extrem störend, hier wären Moskitonetze über den Betten angebracht. Nächtliche Sprühaktion hat wenig gebracht.

Familienresort - mit kleine(re)n Kinder sicher super, war für mich/uns nur eine Zwischenstopp Richtung Elba - Anlage nicht wirklich besichtigt, weshalb ich keine Bewertung darüber durchführen kann. Bequemlichtkeit hängt wahrscheinlich auch vom Appartement ab, für eine Nacht war es durchaus ok.

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren vorher schon 2x dort und hatten immer eine schöne Zeit. Diesmal war jedoch der große Pool belegt durch mehrere Schwimmteams. Es war daher oft ein Problem als normaler Gast zu schwimmen. Als wir nach einem Belegungsplan gefragt haben, um uns darauf einzustellen, stimmte dieser oft nicht und man hatte am Pool weiter Diskussionen mit Bademeister, Trainern oder Schwimmlehrerin. Aufgrund unserer Beschwerde wurden wir vom Hotel zum Essen eingeladen, das war ganz nett. Lieber wären wir aber ungestört geschwommen. Außerdem waren neben den Schwimmteams große Jugendgruppen zu Gast. Das gab der Anlage den Flair von Jugendherberge und es war häufiger laut. Daher kommen wir nicht noch mal wieder.

Großartige Sportanlagen, allerdings zum größten Teil an Sportgruppen vergeben (Pool: 5 von 6 Bahnen meistens nicht benutzbar). Pool: durchgehend 1,5m Tiefe, Schön angelegter Park. Ausreichende schattige Parkplätze. Lärmfreudige Jugendgruppen, die den Grossteil der Urlauber ausmachen. Gym war leider geschlossen. Apartment: gute Betten, leise Klimaanlage, Cerankochfeld. Terrasse ohne Privatsphäre. Nächster Strand (Baratti) überlaufen. Alternativstrände eher nur mit Auto erreichbar.

We hope to open again our Gym next season, it is very small and the control of the Covid standard are difficult for us, we are planning a solution to keep it open without a supplement for the use. Regarding the young groups, outside the first week of September and the Easter period are not so many. Please if you decide to visit us again adress your request to me, I will give the best accommodation

Villaggio molto bello, un paesino riinventato come Ressourt. Piscina olimpionica e ottime possibilita' per allenarsi. Un sogno per gli sportivi. Adatto anche per le famiglie. Purtroppo il tutto e' stato chiuso fino a pochi giorni dal mio soggiorno dovuto alla pandemia, alcune cose (shop etc) ancora chiuse. La camera molto spaziosa e bella ma deve essere arieggiata ancora 2-3 settimane ...

Everything was really fine. We got even an upgrade in the type of room, that was a good surprise. The only negative point was that the swimming pool wasn't available all the time that we would like. It was only in the morning and not all the time.

le complexe est parfait, propre et bien agencé. Nous ne déplorons que deux points un seul restaurant de dispo le soir. Après quelques jours, nous connaissons la carte par coeur. La literie de notre appartement était peu acceptable. Sinon pour une famille, deux adultes, deux enfants c'était le rêve et surtout pas de bruit.
