Best value for money in Pisa.Posted May 7, 2013
Excellent value for money. I asked for a room with a view not expecting much from a hotel in a retail area but was presently surprise to not only see the mountains but The leaning tower in distance which made me smile. A short, cheap bus ride into town. Supermarket nearby. Free safe use in reception. Staff courteous and helpful. Lent us an adapter. It is quite noisy inside (thin walls) and out ambulances quite regular however but this didn't bother us as we were sparko after our daily adventure and red wine! :-)

Wonderful. staffPosted May 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lovely. Hotel but a little too far out of city. Ok if you have a car but waiting for bus or paying for taxi negates the good price. All the staff very friendly and helpful. They could improve the evening menu but breakfast choice was adequate. There is a small shopping mall over the road with a couple of eateries but didn't eat at any.

DisappointingPosted Apr 20, 2013
Because it was a"Marriott" I expected more. At least not what I received. A great distance from the center of town. The heat was on constantly and the AC didn't work. When informed of this the front desk staff indicated that they knew that the heating system was malfunctioning and suggested leaving the window open. Very poor sleep. WIFI at 17 Euros per day?!!! Absolute robbery. Overworked and harried staff trying their best and failing.

Good value comfortable roomsPosted Dec 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
There was a crack on our glass sink - but otherwise room was in good order. Appreciated the free mini-bar (Coke, Diet Coke, a fruit juice, and bottled water) and Internet is free in the lobby. Service was good - English reasonable, and the front desk staff were friendly. We unexpectedly extended our stay due to medical issues with one person in our party (coincidentally the hospital is just down the road - perfect!). On one day, said person was not released from hospital until after 11am (after breakfast hours) but hotel was kind enough to help is bring a few items back to the room in advance to keep for later. Kudos to them for the flexibility!

Great one night stayPosted Nov 11, 2012
Pros: Service from Luigi.
Location: A bit far away from the city centre but easily accessible by bus, car.
The staff was excellent especially Luigi who gave us plenty of advice about where to go and even how and when to drive to Rome the next day. The room was very clean. The quality of breakfast was very good but could use with a bit more choice. The hotel is a little bit far from teh city centre and the sights but easily accessible by bus or if you are driving. All in all a very good hotel for a one night stop over in Pisa.
New hotel in the outskirts of PisaPosted Oct 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is new and clean with hardwood floors. It is located on the outskirts of Pisa and costs around EUR 12.00 to get to from the airport and about EUR 10.00 to get to the leaning tower of Pisa. This is a new-ish business hotel but no internet is included. The location is not very convenient but for the price and quality of the hotel, I would recommend this for a short term stay in Pisa.

Very goodPosted Oct 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
We spent one night in this hotel and was very confortable and very good location. The only problem is to go there at night by bus, is quite complicated best option take the bus till pisa rail station and take a taxi from there quite cheap.

Not the best service...Posted Oct 8, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel rooms are nice. I did not get the room I booked, which I understand when it happens, but the staff were apathetic and not interested in attempting to accommodate otherwise. Two of us (a couple) slept on two beds pushed together (european style) that kept sliding apart during the night. Wifi signal was unreliable and not worth the amount charged (you have to pay). They also did not refund the Wifi charge when I told them the signal was inadequate. Ho-hum service overall clouded my stay and didn't make me feel like a valued customer.
