“Good enough to use again”

This hotel (formerly My One Hotel) served our needs pretty well. It's an older building with thin walls, so you can clearly hear the traffic outside. The hotel was well run. The (at least) bilingual staff answered our questions and helped us set up an early morning taxi, which arrived exactly on time. Wireless networking was not free, but it worked perfectly. Everything in the room worked fine, though the carpet and some other items were little worn. The one real disappointment was food. It's not convenient to walk to other options nearby, and the meal we had at the hotel restaurant was the worst we had in 18 days in Italy. It seems that maybe they tried to cater to foreign guests and ended up with something that was not very good in any language. In the morning they put some breakfast items out to allow for guests who were leaving too early for the normal breakfast, but by the time we left at 5:30 AM there was practically nothing left. I would happily stay there again if I need a place close to the airport and if I can get a meal somewhere else.

“Fine for airport proximity”

Used this hotel for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Everything was fine, however there is no airport shuttle. The hotel will schedule a cab which was not that expensive. Would use again.

“My One Hotel in Pisa was EXCELLENT!!”

If you're looking for a great base location to see the Tuscany, My One Hotel is an excellent place to stay. It's 5 minutes from the airport, and they offer FREE shuttle service. The shuttle also takes you to the train station and the tourist area around the Leaning Tower. We saw the sites of Pisa in a few hours, then took the train 1 day to Florence (only an hour away) and another day to Cinque Terre (only an hour away). Italy has a great railway system and you can always find someone who speaks English. The hotel staff, especially Gabriel, were very helpful and kind. There is a free buffet breakfast and there is a restaurant on the property that's pretrty good too. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Just enough room for the 3 of us who travelled. There really isn't anything around the hotel, but like I said, the shuttle will get you to town in about 10 minutes (or you can catch a taxi for about 10 Euros). I will definitely stay there again.

“Good hotel but can get better for the price in Pisa”

The hotel was nice but not amazing. My room was clean but cold at night and the safe was not working but it didn't really matter to me. Breakfast was free and good selection. There was a free shuttle to the airport and the city center for Pisa, but only at specified times and you must make a reservation for the shuttle. However, I also walked to the city center in about 15 minutes but could not to the airport even though it is right by the hotel because you need to take the highway. Free internet access in the lobby area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ate at a the cafe attached to the hotel which was also nice but I would highly suggest getting food in Pisa instead. Overall it was good but for the price you can get a lot better in Pisa.

“Location great! Service leaves alot to be desired!!”

Make sure you bring toilet paper! Be prepared to climb many stairs to reach your room. The breakfast was a joke. A few cookies! If you just want a place to sleep in a good location this would be it! We loved Lucca!

“Good Pisa home base hotel”

We used Pisa as a home base for day trip explorations of Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the Cinque Terre). This hotel is very convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk to the Pisa Centrale train station so your choice is the shuttle or taxi. Expect to pay about 5-10 Euros for a taxi to and from the train station. Everything was professional, clean with good service and a good price ... breakfast was fantastic (buffet style with proteins and carbs). Typical hard beds (would really like most European hotels to invest in mattress pads or softer beds). Good room size (double beds). I would return to this hotel to for late night coming in or early departure flights and as a base for exploring Pisa. Now that we have done our discovery I would stay in Lucca (old town inside the city wall) for exploring Pisa, Florence and Siena and then stay in Vernazza for a few days on the coast.

“Great Hotel Next to Airport”

This is a great hotel. We took the train from Florence to the Pisa airport and arrived in the evening. The shuttle from the hotel wasn't coming back to the airport for 45 minutes, so we decided to take a cab to get there sooner. It was a cheap cab ride, and less than 5 minutes to the hotel. We were only staying the night and leaving mid morning the next day. Because of our short stay, we did not do any of the "tourist" things in Pisa, so I do not know how close or convenient the hotel is to the attractions. However, if you are just staying the night there, this is the perfect hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. In the morning, there is a scheduled shuttle service to the airport. There is a small fee, but it is well worth it. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

“Convenient, clean and comfortable”

I traveled 9-11-09 to 9-21-09 in Italy. The hotel was convenient to the Pisa Airport for arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning. There is no convenient access to anything, unless you have a car. I would return.

“CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK”

HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN...ROOMS WERE GREAT...APPROPRIATE TEMP...STAFF WAS EXCELLENT...HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS AVERAGE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS VERY NICE. AIRPORT SHUTTLE WAS PROMPT AND WAS AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOU DOWNTOWN WHENEVER YOU WANTED. THIS WAS A PLUS AS WAS THE DROP OFF FOR THE TRAIN TO ROAM
