Very convenient hotel for the Leaning Tower and Cathedral (2 min) with a pedestrian street full of restaurants just outside. The hotel is clean and spacious but the shower walls could do with a decent clean. Breakfast was very good. Overall it is a good place to stay and we would stay again.

Good hotel - recommended. Very helpful staff and great location. Early check-out (4am). Staff arranged taxi and 'breakfast box' for us to go. 2 min walk to Leaning Tower.

Great location for visiting Pisa for one night. However, the shower flooded the bathroom and we had to call someone to sort it and there was a leftover soap bar from the last guest. So it could do with a bit better housekeeping. Good choices for breakfast. The best bit is the view from the hotel rooftop to watch the sunset and see the leaning Tower.

This old hotel is in a great location and breakfast was lovely. But we had an altercation with the guy on reception when we arrived late - he argued that we had booked 2 nights and not 1! He wasnt interested in looking at my Expedia booking. He was quite rude. Apart from this the view from upstairs terrace is incredible.

Fantastic location and a view of the leaning tower from the balcony was just amazing. Located a few minutes walk from the attractions and lots of local restaurants just outside. View from the top bar was perfect to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Breakfast was really nice and lots of choice.

Lovely hotel located near to the Tower, cathedral and baptistry. Walk the walls! Plenty of options to eat both at the hotel restaurant and out on the street where the hotel is located. Our room had a view of the Tower from the balcony. Comfy bed with a daily cleaning service. Roof top bar wasn't open due to early time of year so we missed out on that.

The hotel is outdated with mosquito in the room. The room was not cleaned. Te bedroom phone was dusty and the beds been made for 4 guests gad no access to plugs near the bedside. The main bed was not comfortable it felt like the mattress has been dkrpt on many times and was do bumpy and uncomfortable. I kept dipping into the mattress while sleeping. Breakfast was plentiful if you have no dietary requirements. We were a family of 4 and were all vegetarians. The breakfast had no toast or plain croissant options only filled with sugary flavoured filling of or, flavoured or chocolate. Cereal was not enticeful and the juice machine failed to work. Rooms has no light, we stayed 1 night and this was enough for us. I'm glad we didn't stay longer as the rooms were quite dull and unwelcoming.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Let us check in slightly early. Couldn’t fault the rooms and bathroom very clean. Roof terrace was lovely with the view in the background however it was a shame that the restaurant/bar on the terrace was closed. Would stay again.

This property is half a block from the Leaning tower Square. The area has everything one could need. The street can be noisy at night.

Im so happy we chose this hotel. It is so conveniently located, you can walk to everything. Theres a vendors in the morning and lots of places to eat. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. There are rules and regulations you must follow in order to get there. Certain areas of pisa only the residents can drive thru and park. You cannot unload in front of the hotel so be prepared. Call ahead before you go and see if they have space in their garage so you can park there. There are specific instructions for that as well. While we stayed there were blocked roads due to construction so you get rerouted if you use a gps. I loved it here. I wish we could have stayed longer . Maybe next time. Definitely worth the money. Enjoy

Terrific location , very friendly and helpful staff , they were all so nice . lovely rooftop for having a drink or dinner in evening. If i had to pick a negative i would say the shower/bath could do with a little updating but it would not stop me from staying here again.

Staff were very helpful in directing us the best place to park our car, also we had fabulous views from our room. Was very quiet and such a great location. There was a terrace bar but unfortunately due to lots of rain we didn’t end up going there but it looked great

Hotel is in an excellent location, however, our taxi from the station would not enter the restricted area so luggage had to be carried through crowds for about 100 metres. A taxi ordered by the hotel picks up outside the building. Our room was excellent with its own terrace and view of the tower, however the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that room and the roof terrace above meant that it was quite noisy in the evening. There is a restaurant on the roof with a great view but it is only open for dinner, breakfast is taken in what is clearly a conference room. Do not understand why the restaurant is not used.
