Nice four star hotel in an excellent locationPosted Aug 25, 2014
Great location, just a fifteen minute walk from the leaning tower of Pisa. Also right in the centre of the busy town, but just tucked in a side road and just over a mile away from the airport. Friendly staff, great room, decent breakfast. No issues at all.

Ran out of rooms.Posted Aug 23, 2014
We prepaid for our room. Once we arrived we find they are overbooked and have already made plans for us at another hotel that is even closer to our desired attractions. But the new hotel had several problems and wouldn't fix them or change rooms. Since we prepaid thru this hotel there was nothing to be done. Staff was great and did their very best at English.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, a good location.
Cons: My room backed onto the car park which was a little noisy in the morning.
Location: A nice walk to the leaning tower and restaurants/shops. Plus only 5 minutes from the station for our onward travel to Florence.
We had one night in Pisa - myself and two daughters. This hotel was recommended by a friend and lived up to expectations - clean and comfortable. We found a lovely restaurant on a nearby square. Then a nice stroll to the leaning tower next day before a very easy walk to the station.

Central Hotel not far from the station.Posted Aug 10, 2014
Staff helpful, rooms well equipped, food good, easy transfer to airport overall a hotel that is exactly what it says it is says it is. Very central, close to the railway and the attractions of Pisa, a good place to stay.

Comfortable & CentralPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Character, friendliness & cleanliness
Cons: Bar/Restaurant could be open more often
Very central & convenient for the sights & bars/restaurants. Comfortable room with very efficient aircon. The shower was rather dribbly & the bathroom on the small side. Otherwise room excellent. Breakfast adequate, but the bar never seemed to be open.

Would go back.Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: See above.
Location: Leaning towRer about a 20 minute walk. Worth seeing. Great restaurants.
But I would ask for a room off the first floor. Our room was a little musty and heated up quickly. Not super fancy for the price burnt suoer breakfast. I suggest they put chains on the first floor rooms, too. No peep hole. Location is good but we arrived at almost dark and I wondered about the neighborhood.

Ideally placed for sight-seeing.Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: More milk cartons in room.
Location: Very central, near river. Hop-on hop off bus stopped nearby. Near shops.
Being able to park our hired car was a bonus although we didn't appreciate when we booked that we had to pay 10 euro a night. Breakfast was a pleasant experience - food delicious and plenty of choice. Air conditioning was easy to use (not always the case) and although we had to ask about the television channels in English, they were readily available. The receptionist was very helpful checking to see if there were any flight delays for us (French air-traffic controllers on strike).

Room wasn't dirty, but I wouldn't say it was clean either. The climate control was inadequate, the room stayed humid the entire time. The lighting was also inadequate. Extremely over-priced.
