Central hotel close to stationPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Very central and convenient for places to eat etc.
Cons: Bit dingy.
Location: Very near the station and buses. Not far from the river and the town and easily walkable to the tower. Entrance down a small street but Ok.
Used transport from airport arranged by hotel, could have used shuttle bus cheaper, but we found it very convenient and not too dear. Hotel fine for one night, but would not want to use it for a longer stay. Breakfast was not included and we did not have it. The hotel is very central and we had a comfortable night.

A hidden jewelPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The staff were very friendly. The beautiful old style comfortable rooms.
Location: Even with young children it was a close enough walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and train station was right out side the door.
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It was within walking distance of everything and right by train station. Because it is located in what I would call an alley being raised in America, I was a little worried, but inside was fabulous. Old but beautiful. Our family of 5 had a 2 room suite which never happens in Europe. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. They spoke fluent English. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Pisa was a great place to visit and this hotel made the experience even better.

I wanted a good enough hotel near to the stationPosted Jul 13, 2014
One night at the start of the holiday more than good enough- friendly, extremely clean, comfy beds, good showers. I intend to stay for 2 nights at the end as well, to continue to explore the many unsung delights of Pisa. Everywhere walkable from hotel and proximity to the station and airport make it invaluable.

Good hotelPosted Jul 13, 2014
Very close to Pisa railway station, which was definitively convenient. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. The only downside was the size of the bathroom - having a shower was complicated to say the least.

Good priced hotelPosted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Pleasant atmosphere, reasonable price, good breakfast, helpful staff
Cons: Better air conditioning support
Location: Less than 5 minutes from the train station, about 20 minutes from the leaning tower. Good food options nearby
With the train station behind you, go straight, keeping to the left side of the road. After the station fountain but before the next road, on the left will be a passage way. The hotel is along there. You are greeted with fantasy figurines and a pleasant lobby with British red phone boxes and a sitting area. The staff are friendly and are happy to help with any tourist information you need. During my stay they had the world cup matches on. I was staying in a single room. The air conditioning was controlled on the panel of a radiator and was loose. You have Sky tv (though I didn't watch it), a desk and a stand to put your suitcase. The bathroom had some chipping in the paint work but that is a bit nit-picky. The shower is large and it is easy to control the water/temperature. Breakfast was included in my booking. It is a bit of everything, having elements of a British breakfast, ceral/yogurt and continental style items. The pastry selection was varied.

Hotel La PacePosted Jun 29, 2014
Location: The hotel has a good number of shops and restaurants around, and is about 20 minute walk from the tower.
The hotel looks a little run down on the outside, but the inside is very nice. The staff are lovely and very helpful, the facilities are very good, and the rooms were very clean. I recommend this hotel.
