Short walk to train and main attractions.

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Cons: AC
Location: Close proximity to everything, including airport. Bus station to the airport is 50 meters away, very convenient location.
It's an ok hotel if you are not fussy about little details. It has working internet, but with poorly working AC, good thing it was not hot during our stay , so we just opened the windows. Close proximity to train station and a nice walk to the tower of Pisa.

Best hotel to stay in Pisa for the price

Posted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and the friendly staff
Cons: The room facilities like the wardrobe, table, chair
Location: Pisa Tower is just 15 mins walk 3 mins walk to station
Overall the stay was so pleasant with very good staff and super breakfast each morning. The breakfast is really worth with so many varieties and the taste was good. Giorgia staff is so helpful and I forgot the name of other man staff and he was also so helpful. I would recommend anyone who wants to visit Pisa to stay in this hotel which is 3 min walk from station.

Anniversary trip to Tuscany

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Period building--simple & with character
Cons: The passageway to the entrance needs a little tidying up--but that is down to mthe shops which are situated in the arcade
Location: Excellant for airport & station. Pisa is very compact so La pace is a good base from which to explore the city
We flew to Pisa & stayed overnight at La Pace. The staff could not have been more helpful & spoke perfect English. the room was simple but perfectly adequate with on suite & air con. The breakfast was brilliant so dont eat late the previous night!! We spent the following four nights in Florence & on our return to Pisa, for the return flight, asked if it were possible to leave our luggage with them while we had one last look around.the town. Yes, it was no problem at all. So for us they cetainly delivered.

Central hotel close to station

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Very central and convenient for places to eat etc.
Cons: Bit dingy.
Location: Very near the station and buses. Not far from the river and the town and easily walkable to the tower. Entrance down a small street but Ok.
Used transport from airport arranged by hotel, could have used shuttle bus cheaper, but we found it very convenient and not too dear. Hotel fine for one night, but would not want to use it for a longer stay. Breakfast was not included and we did not have it. The hotel is very central and we had a comfortable night.

A hidden jewel

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The staff were very friendly. The beautiful old style comfortable rooms.
Location: Even with young children it was a close enough walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and train station was right out side the door.
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It was within walking distance of everything and right by train station. Because it is located in what I would call an alley being raised in America, I was a little worried, but inside was fabulous. Old but beautiful. Our family of 5 had a 2 room suite which never happens in Europe. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. They spoke fluent English. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Pisa was a great place to visit and this hotel made the experience even better.

I wanted a good enough hotel near to the station

Posted Jul 13, 2014
One night at the start of the holiday more than good enough- friendly, extremely clean, comfy beds, good showers. I intend to stay for 2 nights at the end as well, to continue to explore the many unsung delights of Pisa. Everywhere walkable from hotel and proximity to the station and airport make it invaluable.

Good hotel

Very close to Pisa railway station, which was definitively convenient. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. The only downside was the size of the bathroom - having a shower was complicated to say the least.
